There are too many to name, but there are examples like Shatta Wale being the “Vybz Kartel of Africa/African Dancehall“, Skillibeng and Sikka Rymes look up to the “World Boss” as a Mentor, and in recent time, Kenyan Dancehall Artist Rudra Kartel is inspired by him. He gained recognition in the late 2010s for sounding like the Deejay on a track, and since then, the comparisons have been consistent. Recently, he shared the Music Video for the single, “Manzi Wa Nairobi“.
