For over a decade (and even more years of development), Ras-I has been crafting music that connects with the listener, triggers a variety of emotions, and makes one an instant fan. From love songs, to conscious music, he has built a solid catalogue, and if you haven’t been familiar, you will need to change that immediately. His mission is to make timeless music, and his journey continues with the release of his 3rd album, “Heart Of Love“.

Featuring 13 tracks, Ras-I commands the scene, and holds his audience with good music via the “Heart Of Love” album. He always had a penchant for love songs, and his fanbase will continue to enjoy the new selections he has crafted here. He is the heartthrob for many Women, and recently he took the time out to dedicate something special to them. He stepped out earlier with the release of, “#Skippaholic“.

Featuring 7 tracks, Skippa gives back to his Female fanbase with the release of his new EP, “#Skippaholic”. The Deejay put together a project that is bound to feed into their addictions, with tracks showcasing some of his slick lines, and the energy that his fanbase knows him for. Production on the new EP include the likes of Yo Christon, Rich Together, Chargie Records, Solitary Muzic, Now Or Never, Krush Flo Records, Notnice, DJ Mac/Crash Dummyy and more, while Pablo YG and Jah Vinci show up on two tracks. Recording Artist Runkus has been brewing up something good for a while, and he’s ready for the world to indulge in it. Known for his unorthodox wordplay and a flow that always stands out, and his consistency in song creating has resulted in people moving their feet, and getting their knowledge up. He takes his music to a higher level with the new “SUPERNOVA” album.

Featuring 13 tracks, Runkus aligns with Bahamian Conceptual Artist, Tavares Strachan for the new “SUPERNOVA” album. A follow up to the well-received “IN:SIDE” and “OUT:SIDE” albums, Runkus returns with more thought-provoking content, and extends his catalogue that has been lauded by many. Stratchan’s involvement in the album comes in the form of its cover titled, “A Map of the Crown (Fulani Red)“, which was inspired by Eve, the first Woman of creation.

Production on “SUPERNOVA” features production from the likes of Prodj, RiddimBoss, Chopstix, KaleX, A Guy Called Purple, and Runkus himself, while Sean Paul, and vocals from the late Peter Tosh grace a couple tracks. The Lyricist returns to his arena with something powerful.

Chronic Law Shares “I.C.E.” Experience On New EP

There are Artists who use their platforms to tell their story, and Dancehall Artist Chronic Law has one to tell his. Having been freed from a 73-day stint at an I.C.E. detention center in the US, the “Law Boss” has experienced some things that many haven’t. It was only right that he took it to the booth, and release it for the world to know. Today, Chronic Law gives us the “I.C.E.” EP.

Consisting of 9 tracks, “I.C.E.” a.k.a. “Inside Cold & Empty” is Chronic Law’s experience being detained by I.C.E. in music form. Done in collaboration with Producer Notnice, the “Law Boss” details his time in “Alpha 3 Section 1“, “Alpha 2 Section 4“, and the “Krome Detention Center“, the names of the places he was detained. The EP speaks on dark times, maintaining sanity during the ordeal, keeping his faith close, and that day when he could walk free. The EP is released through Notnice Records, 1Law Records, and Collect Di Bred Ent., and is sure to be an important part of a Chronic Law fan’s collection. Freedom is sweet.

Protoje is a hard worker, and that may be an understatement. For closer to two decades, he has been touring, performing, recording, and connecting with the world, and he’s still true to his role as an Artist. With a catalogue that’s revered globally, it’s a basically a holiday for the fans when he releases new content. With his new album, “The Art Of Acceptance“, it’s going to be a parade.

Consisting of 13 tracks, Protoje makes his 7th album a lucky one in, “The Art Of Acceptance”. The album finds him at his most creative, presenting a project that further cements his status as one of Jamaica’s greats. His lyricism continues to expand, and he shares not only his skillset, but knowledge for those who can pick them out. His sound continues to grow with this album, and his travels definitely brought inspiration. Production on “TAOA” includes the likes of Winta James, Ziah, Manu Digital, and Universvl, for his 7th body of work, he calls up Masicka, Shenseea, Jesse Royal, Stephen Marley, Pressure BussPipe, and Damian “Junior Gong” Marley, a collaboration that many hoped for since album one. Protoje may be older, and the music reflects on that, but his fanbase continues to welcome listeners of all ages. May this new release find you in great spirits.
