.@TheRealMrLexx Teams Up With @KidCapri101 For “Pon Me”

We’ve made it to a point in time where Artists who ruled in their youth, are now called legends. DJ Kid Capri worked his way up to becoming one of New York’s greatest DJs, and a true Hip Hop legend. Whether you call him Mr. Lexx or Lexxus, the Deejay solidified his status as a Veteran, with a number of hits, spanning nearly 30 years in music. Recently, these two premiered the music video for the single, “Pon Me“.

Directed by Corey Hallam, Kid Capri and Mr. Lexx call the ladies up in the video for, “Pon Me”. The mix of Hip Hop and Dancehall is welcomed here, and two music vets trade lyrics for the ladies throughout. Released through No Kid’N Records, “Pon Me” was featured on Capri’s 2022 album, “The Love“, and has enjoyed some love on streaming platforms since then. Mr. Lexx has been entertaining on Social Media over the years, but he’s always ready with a surprise for fans through the release of high-profile collaborations, live performance appearances, and a recent announcement of being involved in the upcoming Film, “Blood Money“.
