Tarik Alexander Taps Into A Relatable Situation For “A Good Friend” Film

We’ve all had a crush or few, right? Most of us have acted out on those feelings, but the results vary. Whether you scored a win, or got embarrassed, crushes are a part of life when it comes to looking for love. Writer/Actor/Creative Tarik Alexander has experienced his own situations of having a crush, and knows how good or bad things can get. Turning life into Art, he recently released a Short Film called, “A Good Friend“.

Directed by Kevin Jackson and co-starring Tara Price and Damel Spooner, Tarik Alexander taps into a relatable situation for his new Short Film, “A Good Friend”. Playing the role of Simon, a Photographer, he has a creative session with Amara (Price), who he happens to have a crush on. Things get interesting when Simon acted on his feelings for her. Was it a good idea to do so? How do you think was the result? The Film also stars Demel Spooner as Noah, and features an all-Jamaican Production crew and cast. While many flock to Hollywood in hopes of scoring big, Jamaica is a hotbed of talent wanting the right opportunities, and funding. Some are not even waiting, they are making it happen with what they have. If you’re looking for something to watch, let “A Good Friend” be on your list.
