Around these parts, the name “Cochise” may not ring a bell, but for those who frequent platforms like Twitch, he is one of the most popular streamers who happens to have a thriving music career. The Florida-based Rapper/Producer/Streamer has built a heavy catalogue since the mid 2010s, and has incorporated elements of his Jamaican background into his music. With his releases building anticipation every time, he gives the people what they want today with the release of, “Braces“.

Released through Warriors Com LLC, Cochise is just building some vibes here with his new single, “Braces”. He continues to incorporate some Jamaican vibes here with some lyrics done in Patois, and the Bass-heavy production compliments the song well. Jamaica is known for hosting a number of events that highlight the Island’s various cultures. This year, there will be a shift, and it comes in the form of “Kingston Pirates Week“, and this is something you will want to be a part of.

Yesterday (July 8), the prestigious Pegasus Hotel in Kingston held the Press Launch of “Kingston Pirates Week” and announced the return of the “Kingston City Run“. Founded by Event Planners/Managers Peter Shoucair JP and Jo-Anne Paxton, “Kingston Pirates Week” aims to highlight the Pirate culture that once ruled, and provide another lane for Tourism. The event series will be based in Port Royal, once known as the Pirate capital of the world, and one of the most prosperous cities in the world, will host a number of activities including Beach cleanups, street dances, and a number of excursions. The event also announced the return of the “Kingston City Run”. The annual marathon event was postponed for a number of years due to Covid-19, and aims to make a grand return during “Kingston Pirates Week”. At the Press Launch, a number of dignitaries made presentations including Christopher Jarrett, JHTA President, Mishika Silvera, Destination Manager at TPDCo, Professor Gordon Shirley, Port Authority of Jamaica’s CEO, and Senator Hon. Delano Seiveright, Minister of State, Tourism. The event also highlighted a number of sponsors including CastleBlack Spirits, Excelsior, Holiday Snacks, the Jamaican Tourist Board, Sparkles Productions, Tourism Enhancement Fund, and Nupack. It’s been over a month since 450 released his debut album, “Pieces Of Me“, and things have been looking up. The Singjay has enjoyed high chart placements for his album, and it has been receiving positive reviews from a number of Individuals on Social Media, and Media platforms. As he and his Tru Ambassador Ent. team continue to promote the album, he unveils the official music video for the title track.

Directed by DaManiac Visualz and Jahvy Ambassador, 450 takes it to the Piano for a performance of his Weekday-produced track, “Pieces Of Me”. The video finds him providing some of his deepest lyrics, with a highlight of an MMA Fighter in training throughout. Munga Honorable & Bounty Killa Collaborate On “50 Caliber”

Any day is a good day for new music, and an even better one for solid collaborations. In a time where the people are tossing aside hurry come up Artists, the Vets are making solid moves. One of them is Munga Honorable, and he steps out blazing with the new single, “50 Caliber“.

Produced by Hilltop Records, Munga Honorable links up with the General Bounty Killa in, “50 Caliber”. The collaboration showcases two giants in their respective lanes, pairing solid lyrics with aggressive flows, and representing Dancehall to the fullest. The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Terminal 4 Media, and it finds the Deejays in their element, while showing love to a number of their peers who are name dropped through placards. The collaboration drops ahead of Bounty’s return to New York on July 5, as the Deejay was granted a US Visa after being well over a decade away from the US market. Munga has been battling court cases this year, and hope things work out for the best. We look forward to more of these collaborations.
