Mandeville-based Dancehall Artist XKappe has been steadily building his name over the past few months. The Deejay stayed busy releasing music, and performing in various parts of the Island. He aims to stay consistent, and he kicks things off with the new single, “Gangster Rock“.

Produced by Steel Chest for Outta Space Records, XKappe is not trying to be the newest member of the Ravers Clavers, but he keeps things moving in “Gangster Rock”. It’s all about the fast life, and Xkappe is ensuring things are in order here. He’s not doing the latest dance moves, but you can dance to his new track. The Deejay aims to take on bigger platforms this year, and he’s finalizing a number of releases with the likes of Steel Chest, and they’ll be out in short order. R.I.P. Mr. Wacky.

You may have heard of Mandeville-based Comedian/Recording Artist Vicee Henry, if you’re not sure, you have seen a few of his TikTok videos where he reports his own version of News stories along with music. If you still aren’t familiar, don’t worry, you will shortly as we share his new single, “Choppa Holiday“.

Produced by Steel Chest for OuttaSpace Records on the “Dubai Riddim” (which also features music from Xkappe and Prince Guava), Vicee Henry gets into some festivities on “Choppa Holiday”. When it comes to securing the bag, it’s time for the bottle popping, the jewelry flashing, and living life in an extra way. Vicee provides a catchy hook for a tune that promises to gain some great attention in the coming week. The “Dubai Riddim” has been making noise throughout the year, and Vicee’s new track looks to give it more life, and include a few more prominent names for future releases. Social Media has immensely helped with breaking new Artists over the years. No matter the genre, there has been an Artist who can credit Social Media for giving them an audience, and a successful career. Manchester (🇯🇲) based upcoming Recording Artist 1Biggs Don is another one who has been enjoying some buzz thanks to a Freestyle that went viral. Today, we get the official release of “Bwoii Affi (Watch Eh Style)“.

Released through Outta Space Records, 1Biggs Don grabbed the opportunity to capitalize on being a viral sensation. “Bwoii Affi” was originally freestyled on season 3 (episode 6) of the OTP Control Youtube series, “Jamaica Public Freestyle“, and since then it has been everywhere from Jamaica celebrities using the “Bwoii Affi” sound in their Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, to NFT Platform Opensea using it for their TikTok videos. 1Biggs Don has been releasing singles for a while, but “Bwoii Affi” caused a viral storm for him.
