Jamaica has made it to American late night television again thanks to Recording Artist, Shaggy. Here he made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In this section, he participated in a special battle named “Shaggy Off” where he and regular Higgins would each determine who’s the better Shaggy.
