Enter Recording Artist NellaLeah, a Jamaican-born Singer based in the Cayman Islands who has been on the scene for quite some time. She has been bitten by the Carnival bug many times, and she wants to spread the joy, energy, and spirit of Carnival through her new single, “Tun It Up“.
