First off, Hurricane Beryl gave us time off that we didn’t ask for. After two weeks of no power, and barely any Internet, we’re working on being back to normal. We give thanks despite damages, and we hope those in Jamaica, and in parts of the Caribbean that got affected receive the necessary help in good time. The Summer party season continues to get hotter as Dancehall Artists stayed busy releasing new content. Elephant Man has been staying consistent, and the “Energy God Summer” is still in effect. Recently, he followed up with the official Music Video for the single, “Bad Gyal“, and it’s a party!

Directed by Shot By Ramon, Elephant Man takes it to the pool party in the video for “Bad Gyal”. Featuring a lineup of beauties (including Video Vixen ZHO), it’s a time to dance, drink up, have fun, and get a lil crazy. Ele brings the energy and fashion as usual in the visual, and the ladies show off looks, and their sex appeal throughout. Elephant Man has been busy pushing the singles “Pop Me Collar“, “Work Out“, and “Bad Gyal”, and you can look out for even more in the coming days. Get your best swimwear and join the party.

A lot has been going on in times. The Caribbean is currently experiencing/preparing for Hurricane Beryl, and the people are either traumatized, confused, or stressed. Despite it all, many are giving thanks, including Dancehall legend Wayne Wonder who has a lot to be grateful for. He speaks on it in, “Lift Me Up“.

Produced by Sponge Music, Wayne Wonder gives praise to Jah in “Lift Me Up”. He had his share of bad experiences, but he gives thanks for the guidance, and being able to overcome the storms as a better man. Dancehall Artist Ai Milly is gearing up a busy few months as he finalizes his upcoming album, “PGLT“. Fans have been anticipating the project for some time, and is expected to be heavily supported when released. Having shared a number of singles this year, he keeps it going with the release of the video for the single, “Superstars“.

Directed by KD Visuals, it’s all about loyalty in Ai Milly’s “Superstars” video. What started as a Police stop, took a turn for something bad as Milly had to entrust his lady to take possession of his Firearm so that he doesn’t get arrested. The move got him out of hot water, but his lady had to take the fall, and had to do time in Prison. While she sports the orange jumpsuit, Milly keeps in touch with her on the outside, ensuring that she’s taken care of while he awaits her return to freedom. “Superstars” was produced by Krush Flo Records, and is expected to be included on the upcoming “PGLT” album. Everyday is a working day, but sometimes there needs to be a break. The 9 to 5 can bring on a different type of fatigue, so rest and relaxation in various forms are needed. For Dancehall Artist Laden, his work day suddenly turns into a party in the video for the single, “Construction“.

Directed by Top Shootah, the worksite gets exciting for Laden in “Construction”. Construction work is one of the hardest jobs to do, but thanks to the appearance of some lovely ladies (including emerging Video Vixen Zho), Laden finds himself getting to work on their beauty sensual features, and their enticing dance moves. “Construction” was produced by Slyda Di Wizard, and is one of a number of tracks Laden has prepared this year directly for the ladies. The world is going through some things that have changed the people we’ve interacted with each other, and live lives day to day. As we advance in various fields, we have lost values and morals. Recording Artist Keznamdi has seen a lot in his time, and wants to make a contribution that will assist in bettering the world. He shares his message in, “Identity Crisis“.

Produced by Off Grid and Llamar “Riff Raff” Brown, Keznamdi shares his observations on “Identity Crisis”. The world is ever-evolving, but corruption has grown at a rapid rate, crime is more rampant, people have chosen to follow paths that are more immoral, and true identity is being lost among many. Kez presents a message in hopes that it reaches the listener in the right way, and encourages changes for the better because it will get worse if there are no positive moves made. The track is accompanied by a Music Video, which was  co-directed by Keznamdi and Nathanael Amani. Some will sell their soul for the “good life“, others will modify their natural beauty to appease to societal norms, some will do anything for “likes” and validation from people who don’t care about them, we just hope entries like “Identity Crisis” does its part to make a difference in this crazy world.
