Born Elijah Dixon in Brooklyn, New York and raised in St. Ann, Jamaica, Elijah Rocq knew from a young age that he wanted to sing. Fascinated by the music played in his house growing up and his mother’s love for music, he would soon find himself developing his talents with the addition of playing instruments as a part of the family band with his siblings. Life as a singer found him working in Hotels, at Weddings, and anywhere that had a space, and the years followed found him joining various singing groups like Access, Two Souls, the Black Male Band, and Live Wyya. Now a solo artist, he has released many tracks over the years including “We Must Go On”, “Guess You Didn’t Know”, and “All Season Love”.
