They say you can put them physically behind bars, but the mind stays free, and Dancehall Artist Shawn Storm is an example of that. Currently facing time with fellow Deejay Vybz Kartel, he aims to keep his name current until the possibility of freedom. He does so with the release of the “Word Sound Power” project. Featuring 12 tracks, Shawn Storm’s catalogue is put to work in the streets while the Deejay maintains his outlook behind bars. Never a slouch when it comes to music releases, we get plenty previously unreleased tracks that showcases a talent that was undeniable. The project was produced by Kwashawna Records, and is one of many releases we can expect from Storm, as his mentor is also staying busy with the music, despite his current situation.
