2024 was a year, and it’s almost over. However, we can’t let it go without recognizing those who took big steps this year for their creativity and brand. There were more viral moments, and some controversial moments, but we expect even more for 2025. For the 2nd year in a row, we want to recognize the work of the Director (who can’t do it without a great team), and show love to a few of Our Favourite Music Videos Of 2024 in words, and with a few Posters made by our 13th Street Visuals platform. Remember growing up on Disney cartoons? Well, for Rajahwild’s “Trophy Front“, the timeless “The Beauty & The Beast” was the inspiration for his Music Video. While members of the public interpreted this as Rajahwild endorsing Satan with his makeup, others saw through the controversial takes, and saw a beautiful Woman being captivated by the beastly character. Ruppi of Now Or Never handled the direction for this one.

Nordia Mothersille Shares Visual For Chronic Law-Featured, “When I’m Gone”

Last month, Recording Artist Nordia Mothersille and Producer Notnice released the EP, “Broken Child“. Mothersille’s debut project quickly gained positive feedback from listeners for its outside the box approach in sound and song composition, and is enjoying great play on streaming platforms and Social Media. New content has been in the works for the project, and earlier, Mothersille premiered the visual for the track, “When I’m Gone“.

Directed by Shane Creative, Chronic Law, the EP’s sole guest feature, shares the screen with Nordia Mothersille in “When I’m Gone”. The visual gives the feel of 2000s Rock music videos with a little bit of 40s Gangster Film influence in parts, and the Artists deliver as usual on their collaboration. “When I’m Gone” is a favourite for many, and it was only right to give it a visual treatment. Mothersille has been busy promoting “Broken Child” with Notnice over the past few weeks, and they may have something special in store for the end of the month, or early 2025. At this point, I believe Mothersille, Chronic Law, Ai Milly, Tommy Lee Sparta, and possibly Stalk Ashley and Jada Kingdom should come together for a Rock-tinged project. If it happens, I need my credits and points on BMI. “Broken Child” is out now on all streaming platforms.

Chronic Law Moves Like A “Star” In New Video

Dancehall Artist Chronic Law is one of the hardest working people in music right now. If you doubt that, check his output this year. From singles to videos, he has been very busy, and his fanbase is enjoying everything. He’s described as many things, but lazy is not one of them. In his journey, he is a “Star“.

Produced by Major Seven/VAS Productions/King BNJMN, Chronic Law acknowledges his status in “Star”. While fame has brought him to different levels, “Fada Dark” is still in effect, and he has the necessary tools, and people to ensure safety, and the badness when it’s time. In the Music Video directed by Shane Creative, we see highlights of the Deejay taking his talents to different places, and emphasizes that he rolls deep, and they all are on standby incase things get drastic. The Deejay started in St. Thomas, but his name is known worldwide. The “Law Boss” continues to make boss moves.

Masicka Remains Dominant In “Who Fi Stop We”

Dancehall Artist Masicka hasn’t been sleeping, he’s very much active. Still pushing his “Generation Of Kings” album to new markets, the Deejay continues to elevate his game, and expand his presence. He has a lot more in store, but in his new single he asks, “Who Fi Stop We“?

Produced by VAS Productions, Masicka addresses the world from the podium in “Who Fi Stop We”. He maintains his dominance throughout, shares his ambitions, and emphasizes his focus on the track. From the money, to the Women, to the spoils of his work, he’s not stopping until he gets it all. The track is accompanied by a music video directed by Shane Creative, and whether he’s on top of the skyscraper, or chilling in the Yacht, his presence is felt, and he’s working on making his next move the best move. Masicka has come a long way in his career, and while many would’ve thrown in the towel, he’s putting in the work, with the belief that his time is not done. The Genahsyde King’s reign continues.

RajahWild Gets To A “Few Bricks” On New Single

2024 has been great for Dancehall Artist Rajahwild, and he looks to close it off with a number of hits. He’s just aiming to elevate his brand, and stack the money like bricks. Speaking of bricks, he released the visual for his new track, “Few Bricks“.

Produced by TopRanks Entertainment, Rajahwild is all about getting to the money, and enjoying the spoils of his success on “Few Bricks”. The Shane Creative-directed Music Video sheds a light on his heights of success that include getting the flashy ride and rocking out at shows, and some scenes tap into some Sci-fi-inspired elements. The Deejay has had many scream “Sinful” this year, and only time will tell what he’ll do next. In the meantime he’s getting to the bricks.

Kraff Is Ready For War In “Ikation”

The war is on, and Dancehall Artist Kraff will not accept defeat when he’s involved in any. Keeping the fans occupied with more music until his next project, the Deejay has been having a great year. From being on top Riddims, to performing at various events, and getting a co-sign from the “World Boss“, he is ready to make a bigger impact for the rest of the year. As mentioned before, he’s ready for war, and he talks about it in, “Ikation“.

Produced by Prod.Carter for Slingerz Records/TheBuduDem/Black Spyda Records, Kraff gets dark in “Ikation”. He has his gang on standby and his weapons loaded, and whatever needs to be done to seal a victory, he’s on it. He can score a few party singles and turn up the vibes, but when he sees red, party done. With a Music Video directed by Shane Creative, he emphasizes his points even more with his tools and crews of the trade. While we await a new project from Kraff, we can expect even more happenings from the Deejay, and he won’t kill the momentum either. The Budu Dem ready!
