Chronic Law Shares “I.C.E.” Experience On New EP

There are Artists who use their platforms to tell their story, and Dancehall Artist Chronic Law has one to tell his. Having been freed from a 73-day stint at an I.C.E. detention center in the US, the “Law Boss” has experienced some things that many haven’t. It was only right that he took it to the booth, and release it for the world to know. Today, Chronic Law gives us the “I.C.E.” EP.

Consisting of 9 tracks, “I.C.E.” a.k.a. “Inside Cold & Empty” is Chronic Law’s experience being detained by I.C.E. in music form. Done in collaboration with Producer Notnice, the “Law Boss” details his time in “Alpha 3 Section 1“, “Alpha 2 Section 4“, and the “Krome Detention Center“, the names of the places he was detained. The EP speaks on dark times, maintaining sanity during the ordeal, keeping his faith close, and that day when he could walk free. The EP is released through Notnice Records, 1Law Records, and Collect Di Bred Ent., and is sure to be an important part of a Chronic Law fan’s collection. Freedom is sweet.

Chronic Law Announces “I.C.E.” EP, Drops “Like Samson”

73 days in I.C.E. Detention is not for the weak, nor for any one really. Dancehall Artist Chronic Law underwent that ordeal this year, and he has been back on the grind since his return to the streets. Earlier, he announced that will be releasing a new EP called, “I.C.E.“, a collaborative project with Producer Notnice that shares his time behind bars. Before that EP hits the streams, he shares the first single, “Like Samson“.

Directed by Linkz Notnice, Chronic Law is taken back to his time behind bars, and shares his sources of strength during his ordeal in, “Like Samson”. The video not only gives us an idea of his daily life, his challenges, and him finally being free. We even see clips of the Deejay recording with Notnice, and reconnecting with his people. “I.C.E.” a.k.a. “Inside Cold & Empty” will have the world listening, and come April 24, it will be in your possession. Good to see the “Law Boss” home, and may the other Entertainers in I.C.E. Detention and otherwise get their days as well.

We’re living in a time where people are fickle, and the love is just deception behind a mask. With all that’s going on, we all have to be vigilant because anything can happen. For Recording Artist Jah Vinci, he’s praying for protection from those who wish him the worst. When they do wrong, they have to deal with the “Karma“.

Produced by Notnice and featuring Nordia Mothersille, Jah Vinci leaves his enemies to “Karma” on the new single. The Artists send middle fingers to those who have deceived them, and they continue to move in the direction that leads them to prosperity. The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Shane Creative, and the Artists get together for messages that people need today. Sometimes we don’t have to retaliate, we just leave people to time, because time is the master, and what goes up, must come down. The Notnice Records camp is going to be busy this year, so stay tuned for more music.

While there are those who are not feeling merry this year, Dancehall Producer Notnice aims to restore the feeling, even if it’s just a little bit. While many are more focused on making it to 2026, Notnice calls up a few friends to deliver, “Merry Christmas From Yaad“.

Featuring 4 tracks, Notnice wants to ring in the holidays the yaad way with the “Merry Christmas From Yaad” EP. The effects of Hurricane Melissa are still persistent in the Caribbean, and many are still in recovery mode, but this new project aims to bring some form of relief, and a needed distraction. Notnice brought onboard Jah Vinci, Nordia Mothersille, and D’Yani for the EP, and his latest signee, the A.I. Artist S’riah makes her debut for the holidays. It has been a few days since the passage of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica, and recovery efforts are underway. With assistance from the Government, local and International Organizations, and Artists and Entertainers, many are finding relief in these rough times. Speaking of Artists, Recording Artist Jah Vinci has stepped in to play his part, and he shares with the people in the video for the single, “Out Of Many One People“.

Directed by Linkz Notnice, Jah Vinci spearheads recovery efforts for victims of Hurricane Melissa in the visual for, “Out Of Many One People”. Produced by Notnice, the Deejay speaks for the people who have lost so much, who are picking up the pieces to start over, and those who have lost hope. This distant is one of the Island’s greatest natural events, and a full recovery will not happen right away. Jah Vinci is one of the many who are doing their part, and he collaborated with the Organization “Yaadies With Wings” to provide food, basic necessities, and more. The video also shares a number of places that received devastating damage. Each one, help one.

The topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in music is a matter that is struggling to find a common ground. With news of AI Artists getting signed to Record deals, and AI music taking over social and Entertainment platforms, there are discussions that argue against AI as it replaces real people with real skills, while others are embracing it as a way opening the door to more opportunities. Dancehall Producer Notnice has been the subject of discussion recently as he signed AI Artist S’riah (Soraya) to his label. While the arguments ensue, he’s using S’riah for something that is extremely important. He recently shared the music video for the new single, “Save Me“.

 “Save Me” is Notnice’s official debut of S’riah, his new AI Artist. Following the news of the passing of Jamaican Model Tyra Spaulding, the new song was made in support, and to spread awareness for those who struggle with their Mental Health. Many people struggle with various forms of Depression, and some choose to go through the route of Suicide. With more people advocating for more focus on Mental Health in Jamaica, “Save Me” was made to further encourage discussions and moves in the right direction. The song was written by Notnice Records-signee Nordia Mothersille, who continues to showcase her talent, and extended it to her code-filled label mate. The talks of Artificial Intelligence in music will continue, but right now, we encourage listeners and our readers who are struggling with their Mental Health, to seek an outlet where they can speak to someone who can assist them.
