OLDIES SUNDAY (Christmas): Rita Forrester/Queen Rita – Christmas Time Is Here

Continuing with the Holiday vibes, we head on over to the Island of Guyana for “Oldies Sunday“. Today we tap into Singer Rita Forrester/Queen Rita’s popular Christmas song, “Christmas Time Is Here“! Backed by Rudy & The Roosters Band, Rita acknowledges that Christmas has arrived with all the festivities involved, but it doesn’t mean much to her as she misses someone special around that time. She also wishes him well wherever he is, and lets him know that he’s very much on her mind.

While family and friends play a great part in the holiday season, there are many who are facing the loss of key members in their life.
