Hey peeps, hope you all are well. I know there are many of us who blog for monetary/personal gains, and blog for the hell of it. Today I just want to express how proud I am of my blogsite and the fact that some of my material made it to local channel TVJ‘s morning time program called, “Smile Jamaica“. Material from my It’s A Jamaica 50 Thing! series was displayed in their “Raising Civic Pride” feature (click here). While it may not be a big deal to some, to me it’s a great feeling to see something you put alot of effort into being appreciated by others. Thanks to Simone Clarke-Cooper, Archibald Gordon and other members of staff from Television Jamaica. Once again thank you to the followers of my blog, your support is very appreciated. One word: GREATNESS. Much love to our Jamaican athletes that took on the many challenges that were handed to them at the London 2012 Olympics. Our little Island in the sun has become a BIG black green and gold sign for the world to take notice of. This was more than a present for celebrating 50 years of Independence.
Hey peeps! Hope you all had a great holiday weekend and did your best to celebrate in the Jamaica 50 events. Congrats also to our current winners in the 2012 London Olympics, we are doing big things. Today’s post comes from the Manchester Parish Library. In light of the Jamaica 50 celebrations, the library was one of the places where you could get all your information along with seeing their presentations. Check out the pictures and leave your feedback in the comment section.
