Today’s new video comes from the combination of Etana and Jo Mersa Marley. Titled “Thy Will Be Done” we hear Etana and Jo Mersa dropping message music and speaking on the issues affecting Jamaica and its people. In the video Etana’s part is shot in different communities highlighting the youth and the adults that reside there and also scenes of her performing at an event while we see Jo Mersa delivering his part in the studio. A great combination here as the “Strong One” and the 2nd generation Marley deliver conscious music that will reach the ears of many. Dropping some message music is the “Strong One” called Etana. Titled “Trigger” and produced by Barbwiya Productions and Freemind Music, we hear Etana telling the story of a young man who faced challenges including economical problems. They became such a burden on him that he went against his promise to his mother to never pursue the life of crime. Great song here as we get to know the issues he’s facing and put a picture to the lyrics. Etana has always delivered great music and this is no different. What do you think?
