It’s getting closer to release day as GRAMMY winning Artist Koffee readies up for her debut album, “Gifted“. With a collection of singles and videos already out in support, Koffee has no problem in getting her fans anticipated. She ensures her fans are fed early as she released the single, “Shine”. Today, she amplifies it with a performance of the track.

Directed by Jim Wilmot and Charlie Sarsfield and shot at a 18th Century London Mansion, Koffee teamed up with Vevo for a live performance of “Shine“. She continues to give you her signature delivery, and owning the floor as she rocks the Mic and plays her Guitar. With outside opening up for Jamaica, we expect Koffee to grace the Jamaican stage in the coming weeks. Are you ready for “Gifted”?

Freddie McGregor’s “Bobby Babylon” Featured In New @WinningTimeHBO Episode!

Any of you watch the new HBO series “Winning Time“? It chronicles the professional and personal lives of the 1980s Los Angeles Lakers Basketball team, both on and off the court. There are a few familiar faces in the series, and some of your favourite music too, but for their 3rd episode called “The Best Is Yet To Come“, a Reggae classic was featured.

Reggae Artist Freddie McGregor’s 1979 classic, “Bobby Babylon” was featured in the latest episode of “Winning Time”. Produced by Sir Coxsone Dodd for Studio One, “Bobby Babylon” was a hit for Freddie McGregor, and he along with the single lead to the resurgence of the Record Label in the early 1980s. The inclusion of “Bobby Babylon” in the series fits well with the 80s theme as the series focuses on the “Showtime Lakers“. “Winning Time” is now available for viewing every Sunday on HBO.

Aidonia did say he was returning with new music. While we await Aidonia and Govana’s collab project, singles will be popping up. The 4th Genna boss plans to keep the fans happy this year, and take back his spot as a dominating force in Dancehall. Today, he unleashed a highly anticipated single called, “Psychopathic“.

Produced by 4th Genna Music/Crash Dummy Prod., “Psychopathic” is the grueling collaboration between Aidonia and Intence. While Didi brings us some badman content, Intence continues his next role as a feature Artist who aims to outshine his collaborator (Is it safe to call him a feature killer? Look at his collabs with Skeng, I-Waata, and Govana for example). The duo tackle the beat with ease and deliver plenty pain throughout, and with Davy Frsh/Cinema 20K directing their music video, we get to see the Deejays bring that grimy energy to our screens. Make sure you have your guns loaded, it’s war time!

Dancehall Artist Rytikal has been consistently putting in the work and becoming one of the hottest acts to emerge in the past 2 years. He covers various topics, he shows that he is always elevating his lyricism, and he instantly connects with the people through his flow and delivery. Never missing an opportunity to provide some motivation, he gives us a dose with the video for “Man Of The Moment“.

Directed by Dream Life Image Photography, Rytikal takes himself to the hills to find some peace and be away from all negativity. He gives us a great message over a Riddim produced in conjunction with Dynasty Entertainment/Attomatic Records/Rytikal Music Group/Hemton Music, and we can expect this single to travel very far. Are there any Bike lovers here? What is your favourite Bike? How about a Yeng Yeng Bike? Since the emergence of the Yeng Yeng Bike on Jamaican roads, it has been a great convenience for some, and a great annoyance for others. Jobs have been created thanks to them, while others use them for wrongdoing. Dancehall Artist Busy Signal shares his annoyances and gives a warning in the video for “Yeng Yeng“.

Shot in Kingston, we see Busy Signal having a not so great time with a few Yeng Yeng riders in the video. Paranoia hits while he’s driving among them, and he shares that it can be a pain to hear them. We also see the evils some of the riders do to common folk, and they share their spoils among each other in the end. Busy Signal delivers as usual on the track, and video helps to bring more Yeng Yeng Bikes to more screens, either making viewers heed to more warning, or fueling their interest in acquiring one. Remember Ninja Bikes?

Dancehall Artist 10Tik is one of the fast rising acts to emerge in the past couple years. He has steadily built his following, and fed the streets some hard hitting music. Ready to take his career to another level and become one of the dominant Artists of this year, 10Tik steps out with something new called, “Activ“.

Produced by Blackbridge Music and 10Tik City Inc., 10Tik brings a different energy with some melody on “Activ”. He name drops the late Christopher Michael Coke a.k.a. Jim Brown, and makes the claim that he and his crew run Uptown. Expect nuff badness here, and 10Tik continues to show why he’s an Artist you need to hear. The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Hybrid Media Concepts, and it finds 10Tik moving from toasting to success with his people, to being interrogated by the Feds, to making KingPin moves that would find him being a free man within minutes.
