Elephant Man Set @BarclaysCenter On Fire At Sold-Out Event

Over the weekend (August 31), the “Energy God” Elephant Man sent a musical charge through New York as he took over the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for a performance. A headliner at the latest staging of the Reggae Fest event series, Ele gave the people what they wanted, great music, a reason to let that stress go, and an all-around good time. The Deejay shared the stage with his Daughter Haley, and patrons sang and danced along to the hits from the 2000s to recent years.

Before closing however, Elephant Man shouted out Dancehall Artist Ding Dong, as they weren’t close for a number of years, but a reunion was made moments later, that promoted an Instagram post from Ding the following morning. Backstage, Ele caught up with fellow entertainers Aidonia, Govana, Dexta Daps, and Wayne Wonder, and hilariously held a “Cologne Shootout” with Aidonia. The Deejay is currently promoting the singles, “Work Out”, “Bad Gyal”, “Dancing School”, and “Forever Dance”, and they’re out now on all digital music streaming platforms.

Summer is here, but for a few, class is still in session. No need to worry though because this is about dancing. Not many can master the moves, but they can learn them lesson by lesson. As a part of the “Energy God Summer“, Dancehall Artist Elephant Man invites you to his “Dancing School“.

Produced by Quantanium Records/RockIt Muzik, Elephant Man looks to make his students Scholars in Dance in “Dancing School”. Featuring a Diana Ross “I’m Coming Out” vibe, Ele gives us another tune that will have everyone doing classic moves, current dances, and inventing new ones at all the parties. The Deejay never fails when it comes to dancing music, and he continues to bring the energy that will shake up the streets. When it comes to energy, this Dancehall Artist is a God amongst Men. Elephant Man continues to keep things rocking with his consistency, and songs for everybody. This time around, he has a request for the ladies. He wants them to “Ride“.

With a video shot by Ramon, Elephant Man has the ladies obeying his every command in “Ride”. Taking it to the Highway, Ele is joined by a few ladies who were far from shy about letting their bodies move. Ele rocks a couple different outfits here, continue to show that he will always be a standout. Elephant Man returns with the music that will make you move your feet. Just in time for the holiday parties, the “Energy God” isn’t letting the year end without him dropping a dance number or few. Get your body ready for, “Gi Mi Way“.

Released through Energy God Productions, Elephant Man teams up with Kaka HighFlames to get the party started with “Gi Mi Way”. The track samples the 2002 hit single “Move Your Feet” by Junior Senior, and Ele does his signature remixing to make the track one that can be enjoyed everywhere. Ele has been bringing the vibes for decades, while HighFlames has been building his reputation as the young party starter thanks his various dance moves, and now his music releases. Get ready fi dance!

Elephant Man Gets Us Ready For The Christmas Parties With “Sling”!

There was a time when Dancehall Artists ensured that a Christmas song was a part of their catalogue. Some of our favourites would send it out early so that we could catch on to it just in time for the holiday parties, and the tunes would quickly become hits. For some time, that side of Dancehall died down, but the “Energy God” Elephant Man is here to revive it with the video for the Younger Generation Productions-produced track, “Sling”.

Directed by Simeon Di Great, Elephant Man returns as Santa Claus to bring good tidings, and a whole heap of dancing! With his Dancers ready, Ele kicks off a few dance moves including the introduction of the “Sling” dance, and remixes the classic “This Old Man” to get us in a vibe. Elephant Man grants wishes of dance during a time where the Choppa songs have taken over the scene, and looks to incorporate even more dancing back in Dancehall. Let the holiday parties kick off in fine style, and done the “Shizzle” way!

Elephant Man Shares A Bagga Tings In @TheFixJA Interview!

Dancehall Artist Elephant Man is a legend, with a career that has been nothing short of impactful. We have been recognizing his greatness for years, and he deserves all the Flowers that should come his way. With hits, plaques, historic moments, and more under his belt, we know he has a lot to look back at and appreciate. Recently, he joined the good folks over at The Fix Podcast for an epic Interview.

Hosted by Naro and Ari, Elephant Man had plenty to discuss in an over 2 hour Interview. Ele spoke on his nearly 30 year career, the ascension of the “Energy God“, contributing to crossing over Dancehall in the 2000s, having a hand in the development and further exposure of some of your favourite Artists, thoughts on the impact of dancing songs in Dancehall, addressing Negus Imara and comments from fellow members of the Dancehall Fraternity, his past feud with Beenie Man, his kids, and a lot more! Elephant Man is to be appreciated, and his contributions should not be taken lightly and should be brought up in more conversations.
