How are you all doing today? Feeling good? How about some new music? Today we deliver to you some “Irie” vibes all the way from New Orleans courtesy of Reggae/Hip Hop Artists Ayotemi and Sam Wyse of the IRIE Collective! On “Back N’ Forth“, the duo take turns dropping a favourable amount of bars over some 90’s inspired production (done by Wyse) that you can’t help but rock to, and want to add a few bars to. The video was shot by Jake Meyer of Carthage Films, and gets right to the point. “I&I Reflects Interconnected Eternity“. Check out the video below, and follow us on Instagram at @13thStreetPromo.
Today, we introduce to you a US based Reggae/Soul Artist by the name of Ayotemi. Representing the IRIE Collective and currently based in New Orleans, Louisiana, he delivers a unique sound that is influenced by his love for Jamaican Music and Culture, Soul Music, and his Nigerian roots. In preparation for his upcoming Album titled, “AYO“, he recently released “Supaman“! Produced by Randall Swain and Sam Girardot, Ayotemi speaks on meeting a woman who has been through a few things. Throughout the song, he shows her he can be the one to make her happy again, build her up, and help her see life in a more positive light. With that easy going Production and a smooth delivery overall, it does give the feeling of those retro Reggae singles that make you want to grab your partner and build a vibe with. If you’re feeling the “Irie” vibes from Ayotemi, then you’ll enjoy his upcoming Album. “Supaman” is available online for purchase, and doesn’t require any heroic actions or costume changes.
