.@MrEazi & Vybz Kartel Have A Love For The “Lambo”

Who doesn’t love fast cars? Whether you’re into the luxurious Supercars, the Japan Tuners, the American muscle, or even the street demons, most of us have a need for speed. Nigerian Artist Mr. Eazi is into the speedy side of life, and he talks about it in, “Lambo“.

Produced by Dre Skull and featuring Vybz Kartel, Mr. Eazi loves his fast cars, but he’s focused on another matter in, “Lambo”. When it comes to the ladies, he sees them as exquisite as the vehicles he takes on the streets with. Kartel steps in with some slick bars for the ladies as well, continuing his streak of collaborations that keep his local and International fans paying attention. Some say that Woman is like a Jeep, others say like their Benz, but Eazi and Kartel love that Lambo. Vroom Vroom!

This @Skillibeng & @HeIsRema Collab Will Make Her Move Like A “Ballerina”

Dancehall Artist Skillibeng keeps a collaboration on him. He recently secured a Gold certification thanks to his part in Moliy’sShake It To The Max (Remix)“, and the possibilities are endless for him this year. He’s good in every genre, and his next collab on the single “Ballerina” is all about the ladies.

Produced by Silent Addy and Disco Neil for Bashment and featuring Naija star Rema, Skillibeng has the ladies in certain positions in, “Ballerina”. With a video directed by Miklas Manneke for Nouvelle Films, we see the Artists joining in genres, lyrics, and style, while a Ballerina graces the visual with her presence and prowess throughout. Jah Cure & T.O.K Sampled On New @JColeNC Album, “The Fall-Off”

New music is in the air, and many are breathing it all in now. American Rapper/Producer J. Cole earlier released his long-awaited album, “The Fall-Off“. The new album serves as his supposed final project, and is chock full of selections for the fans, and music lovers. The double disc covers various aspects of his life and music career, but there are familiar sounds featured throughout.

On the track, “Only You“, a track featuring Burna Boy and features production from T-Minus, DZL, and Luca Mauti, J. Cole raps about Fatherhood, the trial and tribulations of a long-term relationship, and the negative effects that can come from success. The track taps into a variety of sounds, but particularly tapped into something from Jamaica. “Only You” sampled Jah Cure’sLonging For“, and T.O.K’sFootprints” from the “Drop Leaf Riddim“. Released in 2004 and produced by Don Corleon a.k.a. Donovan Bennett for Don Corleon Records, “Longing For” was one of Jah Cure’s most successful releases while “Footprints” became one of T.O.K’s top crossover singles in the 2000s.

Jah Cure was incarcerated during the release of “Longing For”, and the track built heavy anticipation for the Singer locally and Internationally. It was later featured on his 2005 album “True Reflections…A New Beginning“. J. Cole’s “Only You” title borrows a lyric from the track as well. “Footprints” found T.O.K at the top of their game. The group that consisted of Alex, Bay-C, Craigy T, and Flexx eyed more International looks, the 2000s was good to them. “Footprints” gained Islandwide appeal, but when the music video premiered on US channels BET and MTV, the single secured a sizable part of the International market, and would be a mainstay for years to come. “Footprints” was featured on the group’s 2005 album, “Unknown Language“. Don Corleon’s “Drop Leaf Riddim” remains one of his most successful Riddims, and the 2004 release featured tracks from Bounty Killa, Morgan Heritage, Sizzla, Tanya Stephens, Gentleman, Luciano, Maxi Priest, and more.

J. Cole’s new album, “The Fall-Off” is out now.

Months ago, Nigerian Producer Sarz was working on his then-upcoming Debut Album, “Protect Sarz At All Costs“. While he had contributions from some of the major African stars in his contacts, he believed in expanding his horizons. The album was released recently, and it tapped into some Caribbean energy. One of the contributors was Dancehall Artist Skillibeng, and you can find him on, “Getting Paid“.

Featuring fellow Naija stars Asake and Wizkid, Sarz brings his sound, and calls up Skillibeng for, “Getting Paid”.
