It’s year 30 for the Artist born Chinsea Lee, and the decade of bigger and better for Shenseea. Since breaking out in 2016, she has worked to elevate herself, and her career. With two albums in, International recognition, and high profile collaborations, she maintains a presence, with fans wanting more from her. While she works, she gives the world, the “Catalyst” EP.
Featuring 8 tracks, Shenseea gives the people new things to enjoy with her debut EP, “Catalyst”. The new project finds some of the signature “ShenYeng“, but also love, and she gets a little vulnerable. Dancehall is here, but also Afrobeats, Pop, and R&B sounds. Production on “Catalyst” includes the likes of Supa Dups, Rvssian, London On Da Track, Brody Brown, and Sammy Soso, while Vybz Kartel, Loe Shimmy, and Asake join in as guests. It’s not easy being a high profile after all these years, but Shenseea continues to hold on, as fans keep her music in rotation.
