With TopRanks Entertainment overseeing his career, we look forward to the Deejay securing his big break. Prepare for a wave of new music from him, including the newest single, “Ghetto Currency“.

Produced by TopRanks Entertainment, Wynta has his sights set on getting to the money and more in, “Ghetto Currency”. Seeing himself at the level of “Meech“, he’s enjoying all the benefits, with aspirations to earn even more. Wynta gives us his unique melodic delivery here, and handles the production well for an enjoyable listen. Elephant Man Commands Respect In “Yah Smaddy”

Your reputation is everything, especially in Jamaica. If you come around with false stories and trickery, you will be dealt with. Dancehall Artist Elephant Man comes from a place where if you’re not an honourable person, it’s not going to be an easy life for you. From the east to the west, he shares “Yah Smaddy” for the real ones.

Done in collaboration with Damage Musiq, Elephant Man shows respect to those who set the standard, and calls out the fakes in “Yah Smaddy”. Inspired by the “Yah Smaddy” slang from Montego Bay, St. James, Ele does a roll call for all the communities in and out of Jamaica where some of the realest set of people reside, and warns the fakes of what can happen if they’re not careful. Ele brings the energy in a Music Video directed by KingSimeonDiGreat, and he’s accompanied by Dancers who helped to channel the energy throughout. Dancehall Artist Valiant may have been trending recently thanks to his choice of footwear on Social Media, but he’ll always maintain a presence with the music. The past few months has seen him secure more hits and gain more attention Internationally, and he’s working for even more. Best believe his focus is on a “Whole Lotta” things.

Directed by Don Prod, Valiant is taking his career and life to new levels in “Whole Lotta”. Surrounded by his peers, we’re looking at a Deejay who has remained consistent, and is enjoying the fruits of his labour with an eagerness to gain even more. “Whole Lotta” is the first single off of Valiant’s upcoming debut album, and we look forward to future developments. The “African Giant” has been a topic of discussion over the past few months in regards to his love life among other things, but he’s doing what he does best, and that is deliver the music. Burna Boy has amassed success that is beyond measure for some, but he has worked his way up for it. With a new album on the way, he has been releasing a number of singles since last year. This time around, he’s giving us an “Update“.

Directed by UAX Studio, Burna Boy shares his continued rise, and his focus on receiving good energy daily in “Update”. The video features a mix of him enjoying a life of luxury, while other scenes promote strength (as shown in the “Tug of War” scene), unity, and gaining success. The video also pays homage to the “Soul Train” era of the 1970s. “Update” was produced by P2J, and is the second single off of Burna’s upcoming album, “No Sign Of Weakness“. The track also sampled Soul II Soul’s 1989 hit single, “Back To Life (However Do You Want Me)“. It’s Burna Boy’s season, and you can look forward to even more from him later this year.

In Jamaica, there is a catcalling culture that has come under fire a number of times. Some Women find to be a form of harassment, and in recent times they have found ways to set boundaries to hinder its widespread. Reggae Artist McKada has experienced being catcalled numerous times in her life, and with her new single, “Psst“, she looks to put a stop to it.

Released through her McKada Music imprint and co-produced with Raymar “GSharp” Rochester, McKada is not entertaining anyone who catcalls her in “Psst”. The song finds her calling out the Men who think it’s nice when a Woman’s catcalled, but when she doesn’t entertain them, she’s insulted. The song is accompanied by a Music Video directed by Garreth Daley, and it finds the Singer walking through a community and she is approached by a number of Men throughout. Many stories of harassment are shared regularly on Social Media where Women have been subjected to various forms of abuse when rejecting Men’s catcalling. Sadly, there have also been stories of Women succumbing to attacks on their lives when they have rejected a Man’s unethical approach. McKada is doing her part in halting the rise in domestic violence cases in Jamaica, and “Psst” looks to be one that helps to inspire movements in not only Jamaica, but the Caribbean and the rest of the world.

Eddy G Bomba Takes On A Pirate Role In “Champion Dragga”

Dancehall Artist Eddy G Bomba is not looking to steal hearts this Valentine season, he’s all about the dollars. Having a 2024 that brought him fame and some controversy, he kicked off the new year with a few developments, and is determined to make this year an even better one for his career. He takes the hunt for the money to another level in the visual for, “Champion Dragga“.

Directed by Bankroller Visuals/Inferno Films, Eddy G Bomba’s mission to get money finds him taking on the role of a Pirate in the video for “Champion Dragga”. Call him Captain Eddy G Sparrow, he sails the seas with his crew in search of money, and is having fun through it all. The life of a “Dragga” is a fast-paced one filled with high risks and big rewards, something reminiscent of the Pirates and Buccaneers of yesteryear. Expect Eddy G Bomba be more consistent with more music releases later this year, and expect him to take on the world as well (promoters make the move).
