.@NisouWorld Shares She Never Knew “Love Like This”

Love is still in operation over here, it didn’t stop on February 14. Upcoming Recording Artist Nisou returns with new music for your ears, and she continues to show promise. She looks to get the listener in their feelings with the release of, “Love Like This“.

Produced by Reggie Crux/TS87/Neegle and released through Emotica Records, Nisou shares her experience of that new love in, “Love Like This”. The kind of love that catches you off guard is life-changing, and the Singer shares her experiences through it all from the attention, the affection, that feeling of being top priority, and so much more. In a time where many put their experiences in toxic love on display, “Love Like This” aims to cause a shift, and bring hope to those who still believe in that authentic love. The single is accompanied by a Visualizer directed by Chrishane Marx, and it’s all about love letters, diary entries, day dreams, and bonding with that real love. Mortimer Gives Us A Visual For “Flowers & Flames”

Within the past couple of years, Recording Artist Mortimer’s time was filled with a number of performances, and he released music that locked in quickly with listeners. The past year also put his name in golden letters as his 2024 debut project, “From Within” was nominated for a GRAMMY for “Best Reggae Album“. He didn’t win the coveted award, but the rest of the world started paying more attention to him. Fresh off of the red carpet, he gives us a visual for the single, “Flowers & Flames“.

Directed by SAMO, Mortimer puts his music on the screens again with the Visualizer for his 2025 single, “Flowers & Flames”. The visual is filled with warm tones throughout, complimenting Mortimer’s performance, and the flames that are present. “Flowers & Flames” quickly became a favourite for listeners, and if you’re in Jamaica, you can hear it being performed live at the upcoming “Lost In Time Festival” on February 28 at Hope Gardens in Kingston. Stay tuned for more updates on Mortimer, maybe we get a follow up to “From Within” this year.

Sp!da Stays Exclusive In “Pressure”

The dating world can be a frustrating one for some, and the idea of staying single can seem attractive. Recording Artist Sp!da has her experiences in dating, and she’s not afraid to share her disgust with her suitors. For that, she keeps to herself in, “Pressure“.

Produced by Kaydee Pro and Yonas, Sp!da is not succumbing to society’s ideals and the hazards of the dating world in, “Pressure”. She distances herself from the Men who only want one thing, and avoids past lovers who betrayed her trust and love. She’s direct with her statements, and she emphasizes that whoever deserves her time and space, will have to truly prove themselves for this exclusivity. If you can’t meet her requirements, she’ll exit and go focus on being successful. Sp!da has been consistent with the content over the past couple years, and her fanbase is currently anticipating the release of her first project. While she’s working on that, she’s keeping herself away from the drama, and the mess that outside has to offer.

Chronic Law Drops “Pain County” While On Lockdown

This week, some sad news emerged in Dancehall circles. Dancehall Artist Chronic Law was detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on January 12. Currently in custody at the “Alligator Alcatraz” Detention Centre in Florida, many are not taking the news well. Despite the negative news, the music still goes on. Keeping his name out there, we get, “Pain County“.

Produced by Collect Di Bred Ent., Chronic Law stays silent, but vigilant in, “Pain County”. He speaks on deceitful people, the badness that happens daily, and staying paranoid in order to protect his life. The “Law Boss” continues to highlight his mindset that remains relevant in his large catalogue. The track is accompanied by a Visualizer put together by LinkzNotnice, and it shares the Deejay hitting the road with Radijah and Bashy1Law, and just making things happen out there. The year was looking up for the Deejay as his demand grew in North America, and plans were being finalized for a Canada tour in March, but with ICE getting in the way, one can only guess if the Deejay will see freedom soon. Free the Law Boss.

She shares the benefits of having the right person in her life, while Skillibeng outlines his reasons why she should get with him, and leave her current partner behind. It’s a perfect match when the love is mutual, and the compatibility is undeniable. This collaboration is ready for the International market, so don’t be surprised if another International brand scoops this one up. .@ArmaniiSYG Makes “Champion” Moves In New Visual

Hurricane Relief efforts are still going on in Jamaica, and many are getting the help they deserve slowly but surely. Many of the Island’s Entertainers are doing their part, even launching organizations to do more for the people for years to come. Dancehall Artist Armanii has made his efforts as well, and we see some of it in, “Champion“.

In a Visualizer directed by DJuvii, Armanii had plans to shoot a music video for the ProdByCarpp/Glvde-produced single, but felt it was only right to use the budget to help the people. Taking a roadtrip through St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland, they were met with a few bumps in the road, but had firsthand witness to the devastation that Hurricane Melissa left on the Island. If the goal was to only help one person, it was more than a done task in the end. In the closer, they decided to support the Island’s Football team, the “Reggae Boyz” in their World Cup-qualifying match against Curacao. In these trying times, every mickle mek a muckle, and we’re all doing our part. Continue recovering Jamaica.
