In these trying times, people try to hold on to their beliefs. No matter what their belief system is, they are looking for hope in the dark. Recording Artist Pipelyne takes it a day at a time with his “Faith“.

Produced by DJ Treasure Music/MGeeze Musiq Group/FMRG Records and featuring Jeff Fullyauto, Pipelyne sends some motivation in, “Faith”. The Artists speak on the difficult times, but holding firm in their faith gave them plenty blessings, and they encourage others to work on their beliefs. It’s all about sending a positive message in a time where negativity runs rampant, and war is in the air. Mortimer Gives Us A Visual For “Flowers & Flames”

Within the past couple of years, Recording Artist Mortimer’s time was filled with a number of performances, and he released music that locked in quickly with listeners. The past year also put his name in golden letters as his 2024 debut project, “From Within” was nominated for a GRAMMY for “Best Reggae Album“. He didn’t win the coveted award, but the rest of the world started paying more attention to him. Fresh off of the red carpet, he gives us a visual for the single, “Flowers & Flames“.

Directed by SAMO, Mortimer puts his music on the screens again with the Visualizer for his 2025 single, “Flowers & Flames”. The visual is filled with warm tones throughout, complimenting Mortimer’s performance, and the flames that are present. “Flowers & Flames” quickly became a favourite for listeners, and if you’re in Jamaica, you can hear it being performed live at the upcoming “Lost In Time Festival” on February 28 at Hope Gardens in Kingston. The dating world can be a frustrating one for some, and the idea of staying single can seem attractive. Recording Artist Sp!da has her experiences in dating, and she’s not afraid to share her disgust with her suitors. For that, she keeps to herself in, “Pressure“.

Produced by Kaydee Pro and Yonas, Sp!da is not succumbing to society’s ideals and the hazards of the dating world in, “Pressure”. She distances herself from the Men who only want one thing, and avoids past lovers who betrayed her trust and love. She’s direct with her statements, and she emphasizes that whoever deserves her time and space, will have to truly prove themselves for this exclusivity. Chronic Law Drops “Pain County” While On Lockdown

This week, some sad news emerged in Dancehall circles. Dancehall Artist Chronic Law was detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on January 12. Currently in custody at the “Alligator Alcatraz” Detention Centre in Florida, many are not taking the news well. Despite the negative news, the music still goes on. Keeping his name out there, we get, “Pain County“.

Produced by Collect Di Bred Ent., Chronic Law stays silent, but vigilant in, “Pain County”. He speaks on deceitful people, the badness that happens daily, and staying paranoid in order to protect his life. The “Law Boss” continues to highlight his mindset that remains relevant in his large catalogue. The track is accompanied by a Visualizer put together by LinkzNotnice, and it shares the Deejay hitting the road with Radijah and Bashy1Law, and just making things happen out there. The year was looking up for the Deejay as his demand grew in North America, and plans were being finalized for a Canada tour in March, but with ICE getting in the way, one can only guess if the Deejay will see freedom soon. Free the Law Boss.
