It’s been a few months since South African Artist LordKez released her EP, “You, Me & The 90’s“, and she has been gaining a lot of love since. With her global reach increasing, she wasn’t going to take her foot off the gas. Before ending her year, she dropped a colourful visual for, “You, Me & The 90’s”.

Directed by Fred-From-Yesterday, LordKez takes it to the streets with the release of the visual for, “You, Me & The 90’s”. Joined by her girls (Tarryn Alberts, Letoya Scheepers, Nia Vasquez, and Gomo Maloka), they bust out the dance moves in the Bus Stop (with many of our Caribbean viewers instantly seeing the African/Caribbean connection), at the Convenience Store, and in the parking lot. The colourful visual highlights Kez’s love for the music, dance, and of course the 90s vibes. The title track was produced by Jordan Klem, and is a fave for many. 2026 looks to be a big year for the South African star, and we encourage you to get familiar, and keep LordKez in your Playlist.

.@BeatsBySarz Brings Out @Skillibeng @AsakeMusik @WizKidAyo For “Getting Paid”

Months ago, Nigerian Producer Sarz was working on his then-upcoming Debut Album, “Protect Sarz At All Costs“. While he had contributions from some of the major African stars in his contacts, he believed in expanding his horizons. The album was released recently, and it tapped into some Caribbean energy. One of the contributors was Dancehall Artist Skillibeng, and you can find him on, “Getting Paid“.

Featuring fellow Naija stars Asake and Wizkid, Sarz brings his sound, and calls up Skillibeng for, “Getting Paid”. The song speaks on the Artists coming from the struggles to making it in life, and the benefits that come with their success. The track off of the “Protect Sarz At All Costs” album brings the energy, and it is displayed further in an accompanying Visualizer. Shot in Lagos, Sarz gathers with the people, further showing strength in numbers. Sarz has been a part of the careers of many Artists for years, and with his debut, he’s ready for the takeover. His “Protect Sarz At All Costs” album also features an appearance by Dancehall/Hip Hop Artist Byron Messia.

Jst Sako Shows His Musical Evolution With Debut Album, “TUKA”

Africa continues to rise with an ever-growing list of Artists who’ve helped to create moments, set trends, and dominate in their respective lanes. South Africa has always been a hotbed for talent, and with names like Tyla, Shekhinah, Nasty C, and the late Lucky Dube making an impact, Recording Artist/Producer Jst Sako is ready to make his mark in a major way. Having put in years of work, he finally emerges with his debut album, “TUKA“.

Featuring 14 tracks, Jst Sako gives us an exhibition of hard work, versatility, a fusion of sounds, and multi-lingual lyrics that will grab hold of the listener in, “TUKA”. The title comes from the historic community of Daveyton, a place east of Johannesburg that was the first Black township to receive electricity, and given its nickname during Apartheid. Sako emerges from his hometown with a zeal for greatness, and the album gives us a Man who is dedicated to the Artistry, while sharing vulnerability, tapping into themes of love and heartbreak, and making his debut a personal one. Jst Sako handles a great deal where  production is concerned on “TUKA” blending various genres, with contributions from TruHitz and Siyabonga Sindelo, while he enlists the likes of ReasonHD, Lolli Native, Gemma Griffiths, Manu WorldStar, Loki., and KLY for guest appearances.

South Africa has birthed a number of stars over the years, each making global impact. Jst Sako believes his time is now, and he has plenty more in store to share with the world. From Tuka to the world stage.
