We’re crossing the seas for this one. Fresh out of the UK comes Recording Artist Lil Opy. This 17 year old has been making a name for himself lately thanks to his debut single, “Hold You Down” and today, we feature both the audio and visual of said tune. Directed by Amir and features popular UK Artist Paigey Cakey and rising Artist Oluwa Shimzie, this is aimed at young couples, those going through “Cuffing Season“, and those who are experiencing Summer love. With a feel good Production provided by Opy, this might be the soundtrack to many dates this year. In recent years we have seen a growth of African Artists as they’ve not only commanded a presence on the Afrobeat scene, but making their mark in Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae, Pop Music, and the various fusions of genres. Representing the Afro Allstars Collective, Lil Opy may just be one of those young Artists to look out for. Get yourself a “Bae” for this one.
