Wynta Dials “The Banga” To Success

Upcoming Dancehall Artist Wynta aims to make 2026 a year filled with milestone moments, and success that will take him far. With singles like “Rich Rock”, “16 And Bad”, “Ghetto Currency”, and “Mula”, he looks to extend his reach, and build up on his catalogue. In late 2025, he premiered “The Banga”, and its recent success looks promising for the Deejay.

Produced by TopRanks Ent./Merkz Music, Wynta shares dreams and aspirations for wealth and success with the release of, “The Banga”. The track speaks on someone who strives to achieve greatness, through means that may land him on the wrong side of the Law. The mission is to get out of poverty, and laziness is not an option. Since its release in December 2025, Wynta has been gaining a respectable amount of attention online. The single has been gaining support on Social Media platform TikTok, where a number of posts were shared using parts of the single, racking up thousands of views, and gaining the attention of music review platforms, and music lovers in need of something new. No stranger to viral success on Social Media, Wynta welcomed over 500,000 views of the single on Youtube, rewarding his continued consistency. The Deejay keeps it going with the weekend premiere of an official music video.

Directed by RB Visuals, Wynta’s visual for “The Banga” sheds some light on the positives despite the fast life being a negative one. Shot in Kingston, Jamaica, the new video further extends the Deejay’s content archives, and he looks forward to fans showing even more support through posts, shares, and viewership. Wynta is also promoting the single, “Bredda”, a song that focuses on the strength of family and friendship, securing bonds that last a lifetime. The single has been steadily making its way into the viral arena, holding the top spot on the “Youtube Jamaica Daily Chart” earlier this month, and looks to do even more in the coming weeks with an official music video. The Deejay also aims to release his debut project later this year.

Mavado Shows The “WYFL Riddim” That He’s “Bad & BBC Rich”

DJ Mac and Crash Dummy found lightning in a bottle with the “WYFL Riddim“. The 2025 release made way for emerging Artists to showcase their talent, gave established acts more hits for their catalogue, and even shed the spotlight on OG Artists to show us that they still got it. The Riddim continues to creep into the new year with well over 100 recordings to date, and there is no end in sight. Enter the “Gully Gad” Mavado, who steps out to the forefront with, “Bad & BBC Rich“.

With a video directed by Top Shootah, Mavado fixes his crown and speaks to the world in, “Bad & BBC Rich”. His return to Jamaica has brought new energy, and he uses the “WYFL Riddim” to send shots to those who have been attempting to tarnish his name and legendary status, and the video shows that he’s still good in his place. Over 20 years in, Mavado celebrated wins, experienced losses, but is still standing strong, leading his movement to prosperous times. It’s official, Vybz Kartel is in album mode again. Fresh off of his 2nd GRAMMY nomination since being free, the “World Boss” is not taking his foot off of the gas pedal. With new album comes new singles, and this one is very interesting. Check out, “PANIC“.

Produced by TJ Records, Vybz Kartel teams up with Shenseea on, “PANIC”. This is the reunion many were anticipating as nearly 10 years ago, “ShenYeng” came to prominence through the collaboration called, “Loodi“. This is a full circle moment as Shenseea is now one of Dancehall’s most successful Female Artists out, and Kartel is like a Grandmaster watching his student excel. The reunion is taken further with a music video directed by Shane Creative. Dancing Rebel and the Dancers are here, emerging Model/Choreographer Taneilla Francis is here, even more good people are here, with plenty Str8 Vybz Rum to go around. Mortimer Gives Us A Visual For “Flowers & Flames”

Within the past couple of years, Recording Artist Mortimer’s time was filled with a number of performances, and he released music that locked in quickly with listeners. The past year also put his name in golden letters as his 2024 debut project, “From Within” was nominated for a GRAMMY for “Best Reggae Album“. He didn’t win the coveted award, but the rest of the world started paying more attention to him. Fresh off of the red carpet, he gives us a visual for the single, “Flowers & Flames“.

Directed by SAMO, Mortimer puts his music on the screens again with the Visualizer for his 2025 single, “Flowers & Flames”. The visual is filled with warm tones throughout, complimenting Mortimer’s performance, and the flames that are present. “Flowers & Flames” quickly became a favourite for listeners, and if you’re in Jamaica, you can hear it being performed live at the upcoming “Lost In Time Festival” on February 28 at Hope Gardens in Kingston.
