Many can recall last year when DJ Foota Hype and Singer IShawna were riding on the wave off news of their engagement. Since then they have broken off their engagement and terminated their long term relationship. Tonight on Onstage, IShawna says that she “Needs Love“. She spoke about her breakup with Foota Hype, furthering her career, still working with DownSound Records, and future projects. IShawna also premiered the music video for “Need Love“. With Vybz Kartel being slapped with a guilty verdict, many fans feel that Dancehall is now “dead”. Ninjaman, who is no stranger to being caught up in the law, found himself on Onstage to discuss a few things. Here he weighed in on the Vybz Kartel case, how things would’ve been if the verdict was “not guilty“, his experiences with the law and now avoiding conflict, Sting 2013, and new music.
