On tonight’s episode of Onstage, deejay QQ made his way onto the set to have a chat with Winford Williams. Sporting a leather trench coat, he spoke on his absence from the dancehall scene to attend to exams, his current and future projects, not following the crowd and even premiering his “One Drop” music video. Mixtape Movements: @DaxLion – Rise Natty

Today’s mixtape comes from Reggae singer Dax Lion. Titled “Rise Natty” and mixed by Supa Nova, this is 17 tracks promoting consciousness, positivity, clean lyrics and Rastafarianism. Featuring acts such as Judah Tribe, Iyah Gift, Eddie-B and Biggz General, this is a wonderful effort from the young artist. NEW VIDEO: @Lincoln3Dot – Wild For The Night (Remix)

It’s Lincoln 3 to the D-O-T with a new video for the fans. Titled “Wild For The Night (Remix)” and directed by Dakaration and Inix Designz this is 3Dot dropping his polished lyrics of  money, girls, and being better than the rest over the A$AP Rocky track of the same name. It’s given the black and white treatment and 3Dot deejaying in one spot. It would’ve been cool if there were different locations used and maybe some colourful graphics. Shine your lights! Today’s new music comes from Alaine and I Octane. Titled “Lighters Up” and produced by DJ Frass, this is a song that aims to uplift people and encourage many to get out of the dark and into the light, to throw away the bad that darkened their past and move mountains in the present to have a bright future. It’s a real nice song, with positive lyrics that many would love and play numerous times. This song could even be used as a theme song for a talk show so producers get your cheque books ready. With positive lyrics and a great message, YVP singer Jahmiel dropped off the visual treatment for his single. Titled “Never Give Up” and directed by Jerome Hyde, we see the singer taking  a trod through communities while singing uplifting lyrics and ending up at Shocking Vibes studio with friends. Good video and song from the young singer, it was cool seeing him singing while sitting on the basketball hoop though. Check the message on the wall. Never give up. What do you think? NEW VIDEO: @RickeyTeetz – Just Clap

If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands! Today’s new video comes from deejay Rickey Teetz. Titled “Just Clap” and directed by Inspired Music Concepts, we see the deejay making his entrance with a few bikers then proceeds to deejay and clap with male and female dancers. While the video is cool, I wish there were more locations used like a nightclub where people are clapping or even on the beach. Still a entertaining single but what do you think?
