The “Tatie” dance was introduced in the Dancehall scene previously, but the Soca touch gave it a bigger presence. The vibes paired with some upbeat production and vocal contributions from Oscar B and Admiral Bailey became a hit instantly, becoming a part of a large catalogue of hits. “Soca Tatie” was featured on the band’s 1995 album of the same name.
