It’s official, the “GenahSyde Boss” Masicka is now a part of the illustrious Def Jam Records roster. The Deejay looks to make a bigger impact in his career, and has already stated that he’s working on a followup to his critically acclaimed “438” album. Making his debut, he gives us the new single, “Pieces“.

Produced by Moz Zaro Hamm, “Pieces” is a collaboration between Masicka and Dancehall Artist Jahshii. The Deejays share their observations and challenges throughout their respective paths, but still provide motivation for those listening. No matter how tough it gets, you can always move forward and make things better. Like puzzle pieces, you fit them back in the right places, and make progress. Masicka and Jahshii share great energy and deliveries throughout the track, and fans of both Artists will enjoy the much anticipated First Nation x Genahsyde collab.

Be careful in the streets, especially with your valuables as Thieves won’t think twice about owning it in not a pleasant way. For Comedian Mad Capo, he had to learn the hard way in Kyng Tavii’s latest skit!

In the video, Mad Capo is seen chatting away on the phone in the park. While he’s having a good time spending off Flow or Digicel credit, Kyng Tavii shows up armed and ready to relieve Capo of his belongings. The robbery was not fruitful however as Capo didn’t have anything of value on him. Distraught by that, Tavii used the opportunity to change Capo’s life. 450 Rises Above His Enemies On “Miles Off”!

Life is filled with many obstacles. Life is also filled with people who will stop at nothing to shatter your dreams, and crush your hope. Fortunately, there is a higher power that guides us to sidestep these things and people. The road may be rocky, but we’ll persevere. Recording Artist 450 has his share of troubles, but he’s holding the faith on “Miles Off“.

“Miles Off” is a collaboration with 450 and Popstyle Music, and with a video directed by Djuvii, the Deejay finds ways to be steps ahead of those who wish to see him fail. He shares that his paranoia is real, but with smart thinking and strong faith, he manages to continue his days with not a scratch on him. The video features a few familiar faces including Comedian Valdomore, and 450 gives the people something that they can “meds” to. 450 continues to impress, and with more music and performances in the pipeline, watch his profile grow to another level this year.

Glorii Shares His “Paralyzed Thoughts” In New Video!

Times are serious, especially for a black person living in the Caribbean. The topic of Mental Health continues to be brought up in many conversations as the everyday life can be detrimental, and many of us are just trying to find a way out of the madness. Upcoming Dancehall Artist Glorii is one of those going through it, and with his new video, he shares his “Paralyzed Thoughts“.

A collaboration with Dynasty Global Jamaica, the KD Visuals-directed video finds Glorii just holding firm, trying to overcome the many challenges he faces. On a mission to make the money that will take him and his family out of poverty, he is met with people who will put him 6 feet deep for nothing, or try to sidetrack his journey. While he’s no angel, he shares his thoughts with God, and prays that he is guided along the way, and forgiven for his transgressions. Glorii has been on the scene for some time, and has a number of singles that have been making their way to various headphones and speakers worldwide. It’s never easy in this life journey, but we pray for better days.

Dancehall Artist Skillibeng continues his mission of being Internationally known in 2023. The Deejay hasn’t wasted any time securing collaborations with various International Artists and Producers, and taking the stage in various Countries in the name of Dancehall, and E-Syde. With many of your faves knowing him by name, he’s going up more levels. The “New Collab Alert” today is one with Rapper Nardo Wick called, “16CHOPPA“.

With a video directed by Jenzar, Skillibeng and Nardo Wick bring the guns out on “16Choppa”. Bringing some Jamaican badness to Florida, Skilli continues to show that his sound can go on anything. The Nardo Wick collab joins the growing number of Hip Hop Artists Skilli connected with, and the list includes French Montana, Ice Spice, Rich The Kid, DJ Khaled, and Busta Rhymes. The year will be an interesting one for Skillibeng, just be on the lookout for what he does next.

When it comes to success for some, it’s a result of hard work, dedication to the craft, and consistency. For others, it’s a stroke of luck. For Dancehall Artist Valiant, he did the necessary groundwork and development to get to where he is now. While he was recently named as an Artist to watch by British Vogue, his work is just getting started. Despite his success so far, there are many in high and low places who don’t wish to see him make it any further. We call it badmind, but Valiant has something for them that is stronger on “Bruk Days“.

In this KhingCam-directed video, Valiant shows us that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and it can be your own friend who wishes to see your downfall. The video sees the Deejay overcoming the traps that a badmind friend has set against him through the help of the Obeah Man, but without even noticing what’s going on, his life remained intact with no harm done to him. Valiant speaks of his emerging success on “Bruk Days” as he’s able to take care of things that seemed unattainable before, and once his family is happy, he’s happy. It’s always important to watch the friends that you keep, and there will be many who will try to bring that negative energy into your life. Be careful.
