The Summer may be over, but the fun happens all year round. Carnival may be on pause for some till next year, but others are prepping from now. Nailah Blackman and GBM Nutron are keeping the vibes alive with the new track, “Tay Lay Lay“.

On the track produced by GBM Production and Anson Pro, Nailah Blackman and GBM Nutron are living it up and misbehaving on the road in their new collab, “Tay Lay Lay”. With an accompanying Music Video directed by Precise Lee Films and Anson, we get a little bit of glitchy futuristic vibes throughout, with the two Artists bringing their tune to life. “Tay Lay Lay” is expected to do some damage in the streets, and we can expect the people to keep it rotation at home, in the car, and at all the parties and Soca-related functions. It’s November, but we’re preparing for Carnival 2025. The forecast is looking very packed, and we’ll be expecting plenty releases over the next few months. The Bands have already made announcements, and costumes are being made. With all that said, Nailah Blackman is back at it with the new single, “Wave“.

Produced by Anson Pro, Chippy G, and Ackah Dan, Nailah Blackman is bringing the heat in these chilly times, and a lot of energy on “Wave”. It’s all about being free to enjoy yourself, connect with like-minded folks, letting the music flow through you, and wave away all the bad vibes. Nailah has been busy with the releases this year, and she’s not letting anything slow down the momentum. We can expect even more from Ms. Blackman leading up to the official start of Carnival season, but in the meantime, tek up something and wave to this one!

After keeping the streets and Social Media buzzing with the original “Senorita“, Dancehall Artists Maestro Don and D’Yani have been on a high. With millions of views gained for the official Music Video, fans around the world were keeping the single alive for months, and requesting more. Maestro Don has fulfilled that request as he makes a Jamaica/Trinidad link up with the inclusion of Soca Singer Nailah Blackman for the official “Senorita (Remix)“.

Originally produced by KevStar Records, Maestro Don and D’Yani crafted a great single for all the Senoritas with the banging bodies. Adding Nailah Blackman to the mix just makes for a bigger hit single as she gives us a splash of sexiness, and her signature vocals. With a Music Video shot by Hi Esteem Agency, we see Maestro and Nailah trade lines in a Hotel before shifting to her hanging out with her girls at the beach, while D’Yani brings it back to nature with his lovely lady close by. The original single has been doing some damage, and we expect the remix to turn up the vibes even more!

It’s definitely a good look for the genres as it gives them more leverage to different markets, even after the seasons is done. Carnival is an International brand with different cities and countries around the world hosting their own. With more interest in the Caribbean culture over the years, it’s a pivotal moment for Dancehall and Soca to make a greater push for the International market with these collaborations. For those unfamiliar, the Jamaican love affair with Soca and Carnival dates back to the 1940s at the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus), and the collaborations over time are just great moments in this ever growing union. With their feel good vibes and ability to bring people together, the collaborations will continue.
