.@DiRealShaggy Aims For The Jackpot With “Lottery” Album

Shaggy is not just a legendary Jamaican Artist, he’s a Pop Culture Icon. Since breaking out in the 1990s, he has scored #1 hits, made Platinum albums, won GRAMMYs among many awards, and has crossed over into various aspects of Pop Culture. In the 2020s, he has maintained his presence through music releases, and various appearances in the media. This year, he continues to bank on his career, and like his album “Lottery“, he wants to win big.

Featuring 13 tracks, Shaggy steps out with new bangers in the form of the new album, “Lottery”. We hear a Man who has matured, and his sound has grown with him as well. He entertains, he pays homage to the greats before him, he shows love to the newer generation, and he secures International collaborations with ease. Production on “Lottery” includes the likes of John John, Shane Hoosong, Karl Daniel, Nyann Lodge, FaxxOnly, and more. The album isn’t without its features, and 450, Beres Hammond, Aidonia, Jeremih, Vanessa Amorosi, Mutabaruka, Akon, Dexta Daps, Noah Powa, Olaf Blackwood, Anthony Hamilton, Robin Thicke, and longtime collaborators Rayvon and Sting join in on the fun.

Shaggy’s music is like the extra seasoning in the pot, it will have the people wanting more. Shaggy has already solidified himself as a legend, but it doesn’t hurt to have more hits in the catalogue. May “Lottery” be your golden chance for some good times this summer.
