Jamaica is home to many lyricists and firestarters, and the tradition continues with every generation of Artists. Dancehall Artist Versi has been one of the genre’s hard-hitting voices, with a respectable catalogue. Today, he shows that he’s “Portland’s Very Own” with his debut album.

Featuring 16 tracks, Versi extends his catalogue with something that will be celebrated for years to come in the “Portland’s Very Own” album. Versi covers a few bases with the new project, tackling topics that reflect on his daily life, the experiences of himself and others, and still provides some needed energy for the listener. Production on “P.O.V.” includes the likes of Gasha Blacks Productions, Just Easy Productions, DJ Trilla, YGR, I Chad Records, Din Din/Hemton Music, and Cawvinz Entertainment, while he shares collaborations with Valiant, Mwata Modola, Chronic Law, Rygin King, Yonique Murdock, Ginjah, and Louie Culture. Rygin King Lives The “Top Shelf” Life

Dancehall Artist Rygin King lives a life that many consider a blessing. Despite some unfortunate events, he’s still around achieving success, and using his time and resources to help others around him. He is also able to create music and connect with the people, and use it as a form of therapy. Today, he toasts to his blessings in the video for “Top Shelf“.

“Top Shelf” was produced by Remalinks Records/Rygin Trap Records and released last year, and it finds Rygin King enjoying life on a higher levels, being able to do things he once couldn’t. His journey wasn’t always a good one, and he can reflect on those days, and celebrate a good life with friends and family. He emphasizes his message in the Shane Creative-directed Music Video, and he’s living it up in the Mansion surrounded by some good people at the dinner table. It’s only right that you get to share your success with those who were there through the struggle, and Rygin continues to elevate the listener through song, and make each day a better one for himself. Rygin King Yearns For Full Recovery, But Holding “Firm”

Over the past weekend, Dancehall Artist Rygin King released his latest album, “Recovery“. The album is another body of work that finds the Deejay being vulnerable during some of his trying times, along with music that sheds light on the other things going on his life. It follows up the 2022 “Therapy” album, and it picks up right where that album left off. With plenty of good music to enjoy, “Firm” is one of the stand out tracks on the album.

Produced by Rygin Trap Records, Rygin King lets it out on, “Firm”. He shares the pain he goes through since becoming paralyzed, his yearning to walk again, his experiences with people who don’t mean him well, his need for better days for him and his family, and a lot more. King has his share of pain, depression, and frustrations, and the Studio has been a haven for him to take some of the burden off. Through it all, he has become an inspiration for those going through their own tough times, and has used his platform to help others with similar fates. “Recovery” is a journey, and we still believe that better days are ahead for Rygin King.

Rygin King & @DamianMarley Speak On Growth In “Things Done Change”

Dancehall Artist Rygin King has been on the road to recovery for quite some time, and has used the music as a form of therapy to express his feelings, and help to lighten the mental load. Fans have been gravitating to his music and efforts outside of the studio, and he looks to do even more. For his latest collaboration, he teams up with the self-appointed “Youngest Veteran” in, “Things Done Change“.

Directed by Third World Don and Sherval TheSheep, “Things Done Change” features a collaboration with Rygin King, and Damian “Junior Gong” Marley. A collaboration we never knew we needed, and together they reflect on their beginnings, their experiences, and speak on their growth as Men in this world. One can’t stay the same, they have to grow and depart from things that will hold back that growth. “Things Done Change” is the latest single from Rygin King’s “Recovery” album, which is set to be released on June 14. Two giants in their own lanes team up for something great.

It’s been a long time since he stepped onto the music scene as Yaksta Carvanie, but the years have been good to him. Now with a few hits to his name, Yaksta is ready to take his career to the next level. He set the scene with a few singles over the past few months, and now he finally released his debut album, “22“.

Featuring 20 tracks, the “Bush Lawd” takes his talents to a bigger platform with “22”. The new album finds Yaksta in a good place, and he showcases some of his diversity in his lyrics and flow. Whether he’s motivating the listener, or reaching out to the ladies, he does it effortlessly here. With production by the likes of Anju Blaxx, Skill Don Music, Marlon Easy, Afro Boi, and Wussmusikk, Yaksta finds his comfort zone, and listeners are pulled in for a great listening session. The guest features are few, but important as Demarco, Rygin King, Chronic Law, Monifa, and Usain Bolt are onboard to enhance the listening experience.

Rygin King Is Living The “Maddest Life” In New Video!

Life is the greatest thing. Despite the troubles many of face daily, we give thanks for those days filled with joy and happiness. For Dancehall Artist Rygin King, he is grateful for every blessing. Still on the road to recovery from an incident that left him paralyzed, he is motivating and inspiring people through his music and various pieces of content. 2022 saw him release the album “Therapy“, and he’s still pressing on with it. Earlier today, he released the visual for the track, “Maddest Life“.

Directed by JayBadz a.k.a. DirectorBadz, Rygin King is content and grateful with the position he is in life currently. Though he has seen some dark days, being able to overcome them with a positive outlook and a support system, we believe Rygin will become stronger than ever. The video finds him partying it up with friends, and showing that he doing better everyday. “Maddest Life” is track 10 off the “Therapy” album, and was produced by Rygin Trap Records.
