Ahead of her birthday on August 31, Recording Artist Stalk Ashley celebrates a milestone, and something that is highly anticipated. From hit singles to show-stopping appearances, she has done so much to get to this level, and it will be the start of bigger things. Today, she gives us her debut album, “Stalky The Bratt“.

Featuring 11 tracks, “Stalky The Bratt” is the result of years of hard work and dedication from Stalk Ashley. She finally gives in to the wishes of the fans, and this project will be one they hold in high regard. Production include the likes of Anju Blaxx, KingBNJMN, BEAM, Yo Christon, Zoe Espitia, Jaxx, Dunw3ll, MXSSIVH, and Di Genius, while guest appearances include Armanii, Valiant, Kraff, Skeng, Sean Paul, and Skillibeng. Stalk Ashley aims to climb to new levels, and this album marks the new era of the “The Bratt”.

It’s a new day for Dancehall Artist Govana, and his moves will take him to levels beyond the ceiling. As one of the formidable lyricists, when he’s not constructing deadly verses, he’s getting the ladies in the mood with some selection from his stash. This time, he’s building on an already solid foundation with his sophomore album, “Legacy“.

Featuring 12 tracks, Govana is making some of his best music on “Legacy”. Following up the 2020 debut album, “Humans And Monsters Are Not The Same“, Govi Govi is not playing around. Whether you get the gyallis, hints of “Deablo“, or the StrikeForce Boss, “Legacy” has you covered for the Govana experience. Skeng Gets Lost With The Women In “Demon Soul”

Dancehall Artist Skeng is staying consistent with his string of music releases this year. The bookings have been steady, and he has dabbled in beef as well, but for the most part we want him booked and busy. Earlier, he shared the visual for the new single, “Demon Soul“.

Directed by 9MileVisualz, Skeng finds himself lost with the Women in the video for “Demon Soul”. It’s a party, and he has all the vices she needs. This is a no strings attached vibe, and all the ladies are welcomed into his world. The ladies are well-equipped here, oozing with sexiness, with their demon sides coming out periodically. “Demon Soul” was produced by Drop Top Records, and may just become a new favourite for many. This a fi di bad gyal dem.

Skeng Looks To Shake Up Dancehall With “24”

Dancehall Artist Skeng is ready to turn things up a notch this year. With his numbers and fanbase growing at a rapid rate, we expect a lot more from the Deejay. In his words, he wants to shake up Dancehall. Earlier he released, “24“.

Over the “Chaka Riddim” produced by DJ Mac and Crash Dummy Productions, Skeng has the guns loaded, the Ratty Gang near, and a lot of badness ready to unleash on his opps. Skeng is as raw as he can be, and he sounds like he’s ready for whatever. The energy intensifies in the JordanStamina-directed video as he’s surrounded by his crew, a couple bad gyals, and plenty weapons to show that he means business. The “Chaka Riddim” continues to gain popularity, and Skeng might take it to another level with his single. Ratty Gang is the army.

2023 is almost over, but we can’t let it go without recognizing that many stepped up their game this year. Content creation was at an all time high, and many got a chance to enjoy viral love, fame, and extra money in their Bank accounts. “Tyrant” finds Masicka at the top of his game. Whether he’s in the Mansion with a bevy of Ladies in all black with Helmets or in the streets with his crew, the Deejay further solidifies his place in Dancehall Music with a beautifully-shot visual directed by Ruppi. “Tyrant” is featured on Masicka’s sophomore album, “Generation Of Kings“.

After much anticipation, Rapper Nicki Minaj finally released her long-awaited “Pink Friday 2” album. Having been 5 years since her last release, she looks to take back her rightful place in music as she stepped back to have a family, dropping singles here and there. She also celebrates her birthday with this album. The 22 track album finds Nicki in her element along with some new vibes. A few of her friends show up throughout, including Dancehall Artists Skeng and Skillibeng on the track, “Forward From Trini“.

Produced by Basbeats and Melio Sounds, Nicki Minaj, Skeng, and Skillibeng take it to the Islands with their new collaborations. Armed with slick lines and their respective energies on the track, “Forward From Trini” looks to be a standout on “Pink Friday 2”. The track also sampled elements of the “Stink Riddim“, which was produced by Dave Kelly, and released in 1996. The Riddim featured hits by Wayne Wonder, Beenie Man, Baby Cham, and the late Captain Barkey. Skilli first worked with Nicki on the remix of “Crocodile Teeth” in 2021, while Skeng gained a new audience after Nicki hopped on his “Likkle Miss” single last year. Maybe we get a music video for this one. Nicki Minaj continues to show love to Jamaica, maybe she will perform her album on the Island soon. Barbz roll out!
