NEW VIDEO: @IAmSafaree – Bust It

Stunt Gang season is in effect! With the follow up to his “It Is What It Is” project on the way, Safaree gave fans new music and visuals to hold them. This video, titled “Bust It“, with help from Jay Parpworth, pays tribute to not only the legendary Shabba Ranks’ “Ting A Ling” with the sample, but has SB replacing Shabba as the performer in the 23 year old Music Video. The video reminds me of when we were kids and we saw our favourite entertainer in a Music Video and we visualized ourselves in that act’s place. SB’s “It Is What It Is 2” hits the Internet on Dec. 1 but for now you check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW VIDEO: @NightlyFix Interviews @ItsTheTifa

Recently, the “Dancehall Mermaid“ Tifa stopped by the Nightly Fix studios to have a chat. Hosted by DJ Naro and Arianne, Tifa spoke about her “Stay Away” Mixtape and the inspiration behind it, wanting change in the Dancehall scene, rising above challenges, urging artists to get more music on the Billboard charts, and more. Tifa brought up some great points during her Interview and I do hope the artists that are listening take notes. With rumors of a divorce between Jah Cure and his Wife, Kamila, it has been trying its hardest to overshadow his music career. With his “The Cure” album creating a huge buzz, Jah Cure brought forward a special performance to the Onstage set. Firstly he spoke about “The Cure” being a classic album and its success, addressing the rumor, being heralded as being one of the best Jamaican Vocalists, and much more. He also delivered a set where he performed singles from his “The Cure” album. Good to see Cure still pushing and brushing past the rumors that have stepped his way. NEW VIDEO: @OnstageTV Interviews @ChronixxMusic x @Protoje

From hit singles to sold out stage shows, Protoje and Chronixx have contributed plenty to the Reggae Revival movement. On Onstage they spoke about their single “Who Knows” getting a new life by being added to BBC Radio’s playlist, performing overseas and their experiences, their current success, artists they’ve been listening to and more. As they work hard to bring Reggae music to more markets overseas, we look forward to hearing fresh tunes from both artists in the coming months. Hosted by Jade and Snoop Rok, we see Tanto eating mangoes, showing off one of his vehicles, areas that he grew up and currently reside in, his “Real Rich” slang, an account of him from a few members of his home town of Spanish Town, St. Catherine, and much more.
