There are Artists, and then there is Reggae/Dancehall Artist Bugle. For over 2 decades, he has been delivering solid music, and his catalogue is well-respected around the world. He may not have a GRAMMY yet, but he has the people who continue to support him. While he’s preparing a new album, he keeps the flame going for his last album, “Apex“, with new content. Earlier, he shared the Studio performance of the track, “Upside Down“.

Shot by Evidence Music, Bugle takes over the booth with the Studio performance of “Upside Down”. Produced by A/C Records on the “Helicopter 2.0 Riddim“, “Upside Down” is one of the more popular entries on the “Apex” album, and it was only right for Bugle give it some extra airtime. The Deejay has been busy on the road lately, still giving the people top tier stage performances, adds more followers to his growing fanbase. We can expect him next album to knock it out of the park, but until then, keep “Apex” and previous releases in heavy rotation.

One thing with Caribbean people, we will dance. With the stress that we’ve been dealing with this year, it’s only right we party to relieve some of it. Dancehall Artist Mugs steps in to make it all possible with the release of, “Ram Dance“.

Produced by Swann, Razornator, and Chm for Countree Hype Music, Mugs is in a dancing mood, and wants you all to catch the “Ram Dance”. He shares his need for the party, and with your drink or smoke of choice, you’re invited to catch a few moves on the dance floor. He demonstrates the dance with friends in a video directed by DreamX. We get a little bit of retro vibes in the visual thanks to the outfits worn by Mugs and a few patrons, and we can’t help but want to be a part of the scene with a few bottles on the table. Currentzicks Tackles The “Perdix Chicken” Situation On New Single

A few days ago, Jamaica was greeted with a lost Shipping Container loaded with a few things, and it quickly became a trending topic. Inside the container was a few packages of “Perdix“-branded Chicken from Brazil, and people dove in to get their share. What followed later was a report of the chickens being unsafe for consumption, and arguments ensued. While others are waiting for reports of sickness and possible deaths from the salvaged meat, Mandeville-based Dancehall Artist Currentzicks used the time to speak on the situation. Tune in to, “Perdix Chicken“.

Produced by Steel Chest, Currentzicks shares his observations on “Perdix Chicken”. He gets into the discussion where people are being warned about the possible effects of consuming the chicken, where others discuss the number of ways they’ve prepared theirs for dinner. The chicken topic is very divided and active, and it’s only a matter of time before we hear more good and bad about it. Currentzicks takes it further with a Music Video directed by Saii Media Group, and the Deejay and Steel Chest show up at the Shipping Container’s location at Hellshire coastline in Portmore, St. Catherine. The Deejay even brings along his pet John Crow, an Animal that has been a topic of discussion for the Deejay earlier this year, to get its taste of the meat. Dancehall Music was made to cover daily observations and experiences, and Currentzicks is just another messenger. Be safe out there.

Where are the Beauty Content Creators? Where are the Makeup Addicts? On April 10, Jamaica officially got added to the list of Islands that exclusively sells Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty line. Held at the Fontana Pharmacy at their Waterloo branch in Kingston, the official retailer, the beauty line includes an assortment of makeup products, and skin products under the “Fenty Skin” brand. The collection was launched under Fontana’s “Ora by Fontana” department, and many got to see firsthand some new goodies. Hosted by Social Media Personality Rushcam, Fontana was packed with fans of Fenty Beauty and Rihanna, hoping to not only get their hands on some new products, but be surprised by an appearance by the Bajan Popstar, who many believed was on the Island. The event was attended by many Social Media/Internet Influencers and Personalities, and there were demonstrations by some of the best Caribbean Makeup Artists out along with giveaways and exclusive deals. UK-based Dancehall Artist S Pri returned to the scene recently with the release of the single, “Back At It“. Since then, he has been gaining positive feedback, and he even shared on Instagram what getting back to the music meant to him. His renewed energy for the music has him ready to deliver even more in the coming months, with “Back At It” being at the helm. Earlier, he followed up with the official Music Video.

Directed by Igor Tafelski, S Pri takes it to the Studio in the video for the Alystr Nash-produced “Back At It”. Being around the music and the Women are important to his creativity, and they show up well throughout. The flashy visual will be well-received, and is just a taste of what S Pri has in store. The Deejay looks forward to performing “Back At It”, reintroduce himself to those who have been tuning to him since his days as “Jami Dread“, and continue to uphold the standard as a student of Dancehall Music.

Life has been good for Dancehall Artist Likkle Vybz. His Dad is back on the streets, his music is doing well, and family life has never been better. This year, he and his brother Likkle Addi are determined to conquer a larger chunk of the Dancehall scene with a number of music releases. This time around Vybz steps in a different way with the new video for the track, “Ready“.

Released through Uptown Gaza Records, Likkle Vybz tries out a new sound on his new single, “Ready”. With the ladies in mind, Vybz delivers melodies throughout as he shares that the Rockstar lifestyle is something that he’s enjoying right now, as he’s being afforded a few benefits. Any chance of him settling down won’t happen anytime soon. Likkle Vybz dabbles into a Pop vibe with this new tune, and the  Rizzy-directed Music Video enhances it. “Ready” was featured on his “Love Lane EP” that was released this past February. It’s good to be different. Like his Dad, Vybz is making bold moves with his music, and it may pay off for him in a big way. Let’s see what else he has in store.
