Jst Sako Shows His Musical Evolution With Debut Album, “TUKA”


Africa continues to rise with an ever-growing list of Artists who’ve helped to create moments, set trends, and dominate in their respective lanes. South Africa has always been a hotbed for talent, and with names like Tyla, Shekhinah, Nasty C, and the late Lucky Dube making an impact, Recording Artist/Producer Jst Sako is ready to make his mark in a major way. Having put in years of work, he finally emerges with his debut album, “TUKA“.

Featuring 14 tracks, Jst Sako gives us an exhibition of hard work, versatility, a fusion of sounds, and multi-lingual lyrics that will grab hold of the listener in, “TUKA”. The title comes from the historic community of Daveyton, a place east of Johannesburg that was the first Black township to receive electricity, and given its nickname during Apartheid. Sako emerges from his hometown with a zeal for greatness, and the album gives us a Man who is dedicated to the Artistry, while sharing vulnerability, tapping into themes of love and heartbreak, and making his debut a personal one. Jst Sako handles a great deal where  production is concerned on “TUKA” blending various genres, with contributions from TruHitz and Siyabonga Sindelo, while he enlists the likes of ReasonHD, Lolli Native, Gemma Griffiths, Manu WorldStar, Loki., and KLY for guest appearances.

Featuring 16 tracks, 450 has offered plenty for the old and new listeners, and an appeal for major International reach. The album covers high moments and times of struggle, provides motivation, flexes some storytelling, and showcases the growth of  450. The Tru Ambassador team of Jahvy, Weekday, and Falconn are onboard for the album’s production along with IconixBeatz and Delroy Williams, while UK’s Stefflon Don is the sole guest feature. The project has been years in the making, and came at a good time when Lewis is taking his talent to more parts of the world. Co-Produced with Johnny Cosmic, the production borrows sounds from different eras of Reggae, fusing them for a package that caters to the modern listener, and will be a mainstay for future generations. Ding Dong Finally Releases Debut Album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding”


There are many kings in the Dancehall world, but in the realm of the dance culture, there are also a few kings, and Ding Dong is one of them. Since the 2000s, he has made his name in the streets as a Creator, and helped to advance the culture. With his rising fame, he delved into the music aspect, and scored a number of hits along the way. It all paid off for him as his brand became International, in recent years, a mainstay in Corporate Jamaica. With the success he amassed, there was something still missing, an album. Today, the Man born Kemar Ottey introduces his debut album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding“.

Consisting of 13 tracks, Ding Dong crosses a new milestone with the release of his 1st album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding”. The Deejay steadily built his catalogue over the years to get to this level, and he delivers a project that showcases what made him a legend, and has something for everybody to enjoy. The album’s energy was made possible in part to the production by the likes of Khalfani Records, Ricky Blaze, Felva, DJ Mac, Dunw3ll, Romeich Entertainment, and Bassick Records, and guest appearances by Skeng, Skillibeng, Kaka Highflames, Vanessa Bling, Stalk Ashley, Govana, Bravo Ravers, Popeye Caution, Afro B, and Busta Rhymes. Ding Dong’s musical journey had a few bumps in the road, but he has experienced the glory, and will write more chapters to the story.
