Mixtape Movements: @Dreggaemusic x @ShaneTalon – Lights Low Mixtape

Today’s new mixtape comes from Atlanta based deejay, Dreggae. Titled “Lights Low Mixtape” and mixed by Shane Talon, this is a showcase of some of Dreggae’s current tracks and remixes. With over half hour worth of music, this also features his freestyle over Jay Z’s “Open Letter”. Very entertaining compilation by Dreggae and Shane Talon. NEW VIDEO: Reggae Medley @ 2013 @BETAwards (#BETAWARDS)

While tonight many viewers got to see their favourite artists win awards at the 2013 BET Awards, they were also in for a treat from some great performances from Jamaica. Featuring Elephant Man, Beenie Man, Dawn Penn, Chaka Demus and Pliers, and hosted by Radio Jock Jabba, these artists performed a couple of their hits to the delight of the audience. Great representation, let’s hope this can open up more opportunities for Jamaican acts once they act right. What do you think?
