Get your prayers up. As the “Savage” Mixtape’s release draws near, Rapper Tazz of the High Tunez Gang released a new freestyle. Over Rick Ross’ “Money & Power“, Tazz delivers “On God“. Here he lets listeners in on what’s to come on the project, and lets the competition know he’s not playing around as he owns the production with his unique flow and a chock full of lyrics. Tazz even put the beat on timeout so he could rhyme acapella. You may need to rewind this a few times to catch the lines. Get your Rosary beads out. NEW MUSIC: @IAmVindon – Highest (Hotline Bling Freestyle)

Hopping on the popular “Hotline Bling” track today is Jamaican Rapper, Vindon. Renaming it “Highest“, Vinny flips the single into an ode to Marijuana and states that only the best of herbs can enter his grinder and his papers. The things weed can do. Blaze one for Vindon as he prepares to release his “2020 EP” in a few weeks. Send him a few bags too so he can pass a few stars. Having a crack at the instrumental from Kendrick Lamar’s blazing “The Blacker The Berry” today is Khaos! Here he flexes his revolutionary muscle and gets at the oppressors and detractors who have made his people suffer for centuries. He also wants to give them a dose of their own medicine and show his people to think outside of the regular programming. With a mix of Assassin’s contribution, Khaos’ verse, though short, adds an effect to the already powerful single. Today’s new music comes from Jamaican Hip Hop artist, Slim I.D. Freestyling over Drake’s “Energy” where producers Mercutio and Dennis added their spin on it, Slim drops witty lines about enemies, fake friends trying to take away his energy, getting girls even with owning a Blackberry, and running the game even when he’s not at the forefront. Slim I.D. may have taken a stab at the “IYRTITL” track, but which beat is next? He aims to broaden his reach this year with his clever rhymes and working with great producers.
