.@ThisIsBlazeMob Represent For The “Rastafari Children” On New Single

We’re kicking down your door with new music, and it’s good music for your systems. Reggae trio Blaze Mob has been on the scene for a number of years delivering music that connects with the Rastafarian faith, encourages upliftment of the people, and promotes unity. Consisting of Shaka Rock, Gyasi Gong, and King Saeed, who are sons of the late legendary Reggae Artist and Black Uhuru member Garth Dennis, the band aims to make music that transcends generations like others before them. Recently, they shared their new single, “Rastafari Children“.

Produced by Dale Virgo and released through DZL Records/Tuff Gong, Blaze Mob step in with a bold sound on “Rastafari Children”. The track is a celebration of the Rastafarian faith and culture, and it’s a call for us all the hail H.I.M., burn out all agents and forces of negativity, and we come together as one people for the betterment of the world. Over some retro-inspired production that’s paired with some solid delivery from the Artists, the new single is expected to become an infectious one that will connect with the people around the world, and have them be more in tune with Haile Selassie I. Blaze Mob have been enjoying chart placement for the track since its release, and they have plans to take it on the road through a series of live shows. They are also getting to work on a new album that will possibly see the light of day come next year. Rise up to this one.

NEW VIDEO: @Protoje – I & I

Off the newly released “8 Year Affair” album Reggae singer Protoje released his music video for “I & I“. Directed by I & I & I (i’m guessing Protoje directed this), we see him and a few friends walking the streets and spreading messages and pamphlets out to people in efforts to help them learn about Marcus Garvey, Walter Rodney and Haile Selassie I. This video features cameos from Jah 9, Kabaka Pyramid, Chronixx and many others. As described by Protoje this was more than a video shoot, it was also a march that done in collaboration with author Dutty Bookman. Nice video, very clean quality and the song and idea were good ones. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW VIDEO: @DaxLion – Free Me

DaxLion

After releasing the single just a week ago, Dax Lion now releases a music video for “Free Me“. Directed by the artist, we see him playing on the guitar, singing about freedom all while showing visuals of H.I.M. Haile Selassie I, an Ethiopian airplane and a few men playing guitars. Not bad, as always Dax brings his powerful lyrics. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
