After premiering it on Onstage, Tifa and Dexta Daps’ “Jealous Ova” music video is here! Directed by The Creative Inc., we see Tifa and Dexta getting their dancing on at the beach with party patrons, episodes of jealousy between both parties, lots of Belaire Rose and cameo appearances from Kray Z, Selector Razz, and Tifa the Mermaid. Great video here, the song is hot and got an even hotter music video. I like the twist at the end where Dexta Daps was actually asleep on the beach. Titled “I Love Myself” and directed by Chase Friedman and Spiky Music Group, we hear Da Professor spreading a great message for everyone while we see some characters remembering bad times and working on moving on and loving themselves. Titled “Gyal Ting” and directed by Bling Blang Productions, the “Hot Ras” speaks on his experiences as a “Gyallis” and ensures that no male can approach him in any unusual way while being surrounded by a room full of beautiful ladies. NEW VIDEO: @Acmatic x Mortimer – Free Jane

Free the herbs! Today’s new video comes from Acmatic and they’re all about Jane. Titled “Free Jane” and features Singer Mortimer and King Lopo with the verses, they are advocating for the legalization of Marijuana, speak on the possibilities of its use and how it can change lives financially. In the video, Marijuana is personified at times wearing chains and embracing Lopo while he raps. A great effort here as the song has been previewed for months and seeing that the legalization of Marijuana in Jamaica may see the light of day, this is a proper song to get the people listening. Now here is something appealing to the eyes! Top Jamaican Illustrator Taj Francis recently collaborated with Reggae acts Protoje and Chronixx, and Producer Winta James to craft an Audio-Visual EP titled “TENFOLD:Opus“. The EP is a collection of Audio-Visual pieces that interprets the works of the Musician, Producer and Artist. Titled “Who Knows Dub“, this piece was inspired by the duality of inner peace and anxiety. If you’re not familiar with Taj Francis, he is the person behind the artwork for Protoje’s albums, Green Lion Crew’s “Rough Road”, and many more. It’s always refreshing to see art like this on display and this is something that you watch over and over. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
