Produced by Tunup Squad and featuring Dancehall Artist Chronic Law, Samory I focuses on the mission in, “Victory”. Joining forces with the “Law Boss“, we get a track that is needed in the streets, and around the world. With a music video directed by Dream Shot This and shot in New York, we see the Artists joining forces while see two brothers interact throughout. The collaboration comes at a time when many are still experiencing hardships, and folks are keeping Chronic Law’s name hot as he had a run in with ICE recently. Since the late 2010s, Recording Artist Blvk H3ro has been putting in the work to become one of the standout acts in the “Future Reggae” lane. With many years now behind him, he has secured record deals, growth in his fanbase, high profile collaborations and cosigns, consistent bookings, crossing over to the International market, and even earned a GRAMMY nomination. He isn’t slowing down however, and recently he made his debut as a Producer on the single, “Victory“.

“Victory” is a collaboration between Reggae Icons Sizzla Kalonji, and Anthony B. Blvk H3ro’s Producer debut was done with Island Vibe Agency, and the track finds the Reggae acts praising Jah, providing words of motivation for the people, calling for an end to corruption, and encouraging many to be more in tune with the Creator. Sizzla and Anthony B always make for a good collab, and Blvk H3ro scored a solid first release as he provided the sound for two Artists who he considers his musical inspirations. For those who didn’t know, Anthony B previously worked with H3ro on the “On A Mission” album. H3ro is also working on a new album, with a possible release this year, so stay tuned.

Today’s Oldies Sunday is dedicated to all who celebrating wins whether big or small, and for those working towards their goals. The fight to greatness continues. Today’s selection comes from the great Half Pint with the track, “Victory“!

Produced by Mass Hugh for his self titled label and released in 1987, Half Pint sings for those who are in the struggle trying to make success a possibility. He points out to those living in poverty in places like South Africa, Jamaica, America, England, and Canada. With the help of Jah, Half Pint wishes a sweet victory for everyone, and make the world a better place. The single was featured on Half Pint’s “Victory” album that was released in the same year through RAS Records. “Victory” was a hit for Half Pint, and is one of his more memorable tracks.
