After hitting the airwaves with his “Good Book” Riddim last year and lighting up radio and events, ZJ Liquid aims to bring more of that in 2015 and on Onstage he discusses that. Here he spoke on his career so far, the success of his “Good Book Riddim” being nominated at the Global Spin Awards overseas, delivering the good music worldwide, urging more work to be done to develop quality acts here, and aiming to top his last riddims. He also premiered his new “Fix Up Riddim” on Onstage Extra with Javada, Bryka, Kalado, iShawna, Quick Cook and Krymist. ZJ Liquid has done quite a lot of work over the years and his riddims have been big hits. Is 2015 another big year? Check the airwaves. Subkonshus recording artiste ‘Javada’ is set to release

his new collaboration entitled ‘Say Di Weerd’ with Konshens on the ‘Fix Up Riddim’. The

release of the riddim, produced by ZJ Liquid’s H2O Records is eagerly anticipated.

“I am always using the slang “Say Di Weerd” so Konshens and I were in the studio

and I said it while talking and he said that’s going to be the song” Javada shared. Javada came on the scene in

2011 and was called “Loucrative” before he was given his present name by the Subkonshus CEO,

Konshens. The song is set to be released in the third week of January on I-Tunes.

He has since released videos for singles such as ‘Special Delivery’ and ‘Anything you

want’ and his mix tape entitled ‘Rude and Smooth’. When asked about his affiliation with

Subkonshus he shared, “I do get a lot of support from producers and deejays because of the

respect they have for my music and the music that Subkonshus puts out”.

Javada is currently working on his website javadamusic.com which will be accessible to his

fans in weeks to come. The website will feature news releases, give a-ways and new music.

NEW MUSIC: @TuchPointMusic – Clarendon Riddim Medley

Dropping a new Riddim on January 15 is producer Aden Emmanuel a.k.a. TuchPoint of TuchPoint Music. Titled the “Clarendon Riddim“, the Riddim promises to deliver an up-tempo vibe to Dancehall and with acts such as Chi Ching Ching, I-Octane, and Teff, Tuch wants listeners to keep the music in heavy rotation. With the name inspired by his first trip to the Jamaican Parish, TuchPoint channeled the feeling from his experience to the Riddim and wants listeners to feel what he felt. Titled “My Own/Paypa” and directed by Shutah Films, we see the “Gully God” celebrating the good life and makes it known that he has no time for time wasting, it’s all about the riches. Featuring cameos from the likes of DJ Khaled and Toian, this a very clean visual and the video will cover plenty ground just like the singles in the streets. Being one of the popular DJs on one of the Island’s biggest radio stations, ZJ Liquid has pleased listeners and party patrons worldwide. With him being involved in the IKon radio tower saga, he visited the Onstage to speak on it and more. Here he recalled the story on IKon’s actions and what he thinks will result out of it, being granted the opportunities to DJ on BET’s 106 & Park, being a producer, his Good Book Riddim and the artists featured on it, and future plans.
