Featuring 17 tracks, Buju Banton shows us why he is a Jamaican music legend. “Born For Greatness” follows up his GRAMMY-nominated “Upside Down 2020” album, and is a project that shows some of the many sides of the Gargamel. Lyrics are on point as usual here, and Buju cruises effortlessly over production by Stephen Marley, Dunw3ll, Michaël Brun, Jermaine Reid, DJ Khaled, and more. Some may say otherwise, but Dancehall Artist Najeeriii is one of 2023’s “Dancehall Rookie of the Year” contenders. Out the gate he has caught the attention of many with his unique flow and delivery, and a lyricism that pits him among more established and older acts. He’s just getting started, and he’s staying consistent. Earlier, he shared the music video for the track, “Rockabye“.

Shot partially at Blue Adventure Tours in St. Mary under the direction of WVLNTH, Najeeriii drops lyrics about living the fast life, while interacting with a few of his peers. The young Artist has amassed quite the following in a short amount of time, and is getting great support as he builds his catalogue. “Rockabye” was produced by YC Studios and GodFloww.
