Upcoming Dancehall artist KJay has a lot of ambition. Determined to succeed, he has already started a label called “Rich Before Eighteen“, and is putting out music at a considerable pace. Recently, he put his ambitions on full display with the track, “Born Great“, and today we get the music video.

Directed by Shot By Keem, KJay shares his dreams and goals throughout the video while taking a stroll in the neighbourhood. He is after the cheddar, wants to take care of his family, and put he and his colleagues in high places over the Guchydon Beats produced track. He also shows that his talent and determination weren’t made yesterday as the video presents clips of some of his performances at school. Ambition is priceless.

The road to success is never an easy one. With many trials along the way, it’s the passion, dedication, and determination that assist in getting closer to the goals. Earlier this year, Langi released the track “Patience” as a way to motivate many in their own respective travels. Today, he follows up with the much anticipated music video.

Directed by Eyemake Media, Langi shows us the rise in his career due to his hard work. While some scenes are sure to catch your eye, we also look back on the work he put in to make it all possible like his days of performing at school, to spending hours in the studio perfecting his craft. Junior Reid is not only a Reggae legend, he’s also a Hip Hop legend when you think about it. He has enjoyed a run in the last 15+ years that saw him being the go to artist for hooks and verses on tracks by Fabolous, The Game, MIMS, Alicia Keys, Lil Wayne and more. While he still stays true to his Reggae roots, he tackles the emerging NY Drill movement on, “Bag Alert“.

Released through Massive B and produced by Bobby Konders, Junior Reid gets to the money with fellow artists Chedda Boss and Scrilla in an exhibition of the OG keeping up with the young boys, without missing his steps. Don’t expect to hear Junior Reid rapping here, he gives us that pure delivery that gave him so many hits over the years. With a 40+ year career, it’s still good that he can embrace the new generations of artists. R.I.P. Pop Smoke, and free Bobby Shmurda!

Repping St. James, St. Mary, Spanish Town, and Portmore, Runkus called up Kabaka Pyramid, Munga Honorable, Royal Blu, and Jesse Royal for “5Gs“! With a Mykal “Kush” Cushnie directed video, the quintet not only showed that they could join forces at this time, but display their prowess in the lyrical arts as they share social commentary on the happenings in the world today. This collaboration can only be described as one that’s “Badder than Covid 19“!

With each artist being dominant in their respective fields, this is just one of the few collaborations that we expect to see in the coming months. Covid 19 may have slowed things down, but nothing can overpower the strength and reach of the music.
