Directed by Xtreme Arts, Ding Dong and his Ravers Clavers step out like champions here. Feeling like Michael Jordan at the finals, Ding Dong proclaims he’s here to bup them in the head with nothing but style, determination, success, and hits. To all the naysayers, don’t get Ding on his wrong side, it may not be possible to comeback from that. With a couple decades in, “World Ding” has continued his climb to higher levels, and has tapped in various markets that will ensure he and his team are always good. Ding Dong Starts Off 2022 With The “Rich Walk”

With a one shot styled music video, Ding Dong and his Ravers Clavers crew demonstrate the brand new “Rich Walk”, and bring some well needed vibes into 2022. “Rich Walk” was produced by Chimney Records, and will be released soon on all digital music streaming platforms. Dancehall Artiste Balino recently previewed a new single titled “Deep”. The Artiste is confident that this single will do well locally and internationally. The single, produced by DJ Kunteh of DJ Kunteh Records, has been doing exceptionally well and has been gaining steam in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. Balino couldn’t be happier with the feedback that he has been getting.

“I have been receiving excellent vibes in street dances and the audience. Majority of the Selectors and Disc Jocks are requesting dubs and jingles.”said Balino. The single is now available on iTunes and is distributed by 21st Hapilos Digital. The artiste gets his inspirations from personal experiences. “I was inspired to write this song. It was from a personal experience with a female. As an up-and-coming Dancehall Artiste I write from my personal experiences, therefore it intrigued me to create this song.” said the Artiste.

Balino is currently working in the studio on his new single called “Sky Life” featuring Ravers Clavers. The song is being produced by New York based Black Eagle Records.

There are many people in the world who may not be familiar with Ding Dong a.k.a. “World Ding“, but they know his songs and dances. From “Badman Forward, Badman Pullup” to “Syvah” to “Gas“, Ding has been steadily rising in fame. Recently he stopped by the Hot 97 Studio to chat with DJ Young Chow. Here the Dancer/Recording Artist spoke on his upbringing, being introduced to the Dancehall scene by Tony Matterhorn, his popularity over the years including crafting some of your favourite dances, working on music, wanting more International acts to work with Jamaican talent, showing off dances and more. He also taught DJ Young Chow his new dance, named “Twist Yuh Foot Dem“. Good to see Ding Dong on platforms like this, let’s see how he’ll dominate this year. First they started out as the youth of the Dancehall/Reggae culture, now they’re parents with growing kids. It isn’t unusual for the child of an Entertainer to follow in their parent’s footsteps one way or the other as at times they bring a modern take on their parent’s creations, or create their own lane. Some of the most famous off springs include Stephen, Ziggy, and Damian “Junior Gong” Marley (Sons of Bob Marley), Chino and Di Genius (Sons of Freddie McGregor), Junior Tucker (Son of Jimmy Tucker), Morgan Heritage (Children of Denroy Morgan), Tarrus Riley (Son of Jimmy Riley), Queen Ifrica (Daughter of Derrick Morgan), Protoje (Son of Lorna Bennett), Chronixx (Son of Chronicle) and many more. In part 3 of a few part series, I feature more of the new set of kids on the scene whose parents have covered much ground in their respective careers.
