On tonight’s episode of The Voice, Tessanne was requested to perform early. Tonight she sang No Doubt’s hit song “Underneath It All” that featured deejay Lady Saw. With a slightly rocky start, Tessanne quickly picked up her footing and not only did the song justice, but also deejayed Lady Saw’s part. Great performance from her. She even rocked a little for us too. Do remember to vote for her by calling (855) 864-2302, texting “2” to 8642 (U.S. only), and buying the single off iTunes. NEW VIDEO: @MarioEvon – Soul Tek

Posted on by swadedavillain

ME

Today’s new video comes from the multifaceted crooner, Mario Evon. Titled “Soul Tek” and directed by Reynaldo Martin, we see Mario pursuing a young lady, having conversations with her, having fun and getting cozy with her on the country side. We also have scenes of Mario singing in beautiful locations showing off lush vegetation. Great effort from Mr. Evon as he has a really good single here. Heard the acoustic version to this for the first time at Pay Attention on October 5, 2013 and I can say it’s something to keep near for the romantic moments. If your “Soul Tek” this single, check the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW VIDEO: @Tessanne x @CarolinePennell – Royals (The Voice)

TC

On tonight’s episode of The Voice a couple contestants faced elimination with the help of The Voice Results. Before that there were performances from all contestants, one of them came from a duo of Caroline Pennell and our own Tessanne Chin. Performing singer Lorde’s “Royals”, the two singers handled their duty although in some parts Tessanne took over with her delivery and accent. With these two advancing to next week’s live show, we look forward to the musical numbers planned. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW VIDEO: @DreggaeMusic x @JewelMelissa – House Call

HS

The house call has finally been given a visual for the public to see! Directed by Duane G. and guest starring Shayne G., Dreggae makes Jewel Melissa’s house call his mission all while avoiding her boyfriend played by Shayne. From recording in the studio to chilling on Jewel’s couch to hiding in her house, Dreggae had to be slick in order to avoid confrontation. Great visual, I just wished it was longer like a mini movie. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
