Since March 2025, we premiered a new weekly Playlist called, “What’s On 13th Street?“. Since then, we have featured over 900 new songs from Artists in and outside the Caribbean. Top Banks Celebrates The Scholars In “Graduation” Video

It’s graduation season, and school leavers are looking forward to the working world, or take their education to another level. The summer will provide them a little freedom for some before new moves will be made, and they get a chance to release the stress that the past few weeks gave them. We’re taking the time out to big up all the graduates, the future is yours. Dancehall Artist Top Banks is also congratulating the grads, and he does so in the video for the single, “Graduation“.

Produced by Attomatic Records/Steel Chest Records, Top Banks knows it’s time to take things to another level in, “Graduation” (not to be confused with the previously-released “Graduation” produced by Steel Chest). The Deejay continues to entertain the people with his wordplay and delivery, and bring his signature vibes as usual. Yuh think it tek bwoy fi do this? With an accompanying music video directed by Ghost Studios/JojoInk Designs, Banks congratulates and sends off his graduates here. Throughout the video, he gives the grads words of advice, and we see highlights of fans who recently made the walk for their certificates. The Deejay continues to build his catalogue, while thrilling his audience on TikTok livestreams. Throw your caps in the air!

When it comes to traveling in Jamaica, you can take public transportation, or get something private. Most residents go for public transportation in the form of taxis and buses for various reasons, and the atmosphere there is enough for many comedy and drama productions. From hilarious interactions, to hearing colourful language, the life of a public transport operator is one filled with hustle and determination. If you haven’t been driven by a Jamaican Taxi Man, Dancehall Artists Top Banks and XKappe give you an idea in, “Taxi Man“.

Released through Steel Chest Records/Bigz Milli Records/White Life Records, Top Banks and XKappe take over Jidenna’s “Classic Man” Instrumental to share the day to day runnings of a “Taxi Man”. The everyday hustle to get passengers is no easy feat, but when done right, it is rewarding to earn that honest bread. This isn’t without any funny moments and drama, and the Deejays deliver a track that takes our minds off of the daily stress. Banks and XKappe always make for a great collaboration, and “Taxi Man” is bound to be another favourite. The Mandeville-based Artists continue to expand their bases, with Banks looking to take his talents to Canada this month for a number of events. Dancehall Artist Squash may be serving time, but his people are still saying “Free Squash“, and his music knows no bars. With plenty music to feed the streets, he may just be out sooner than you think. While he covers a lot with his tunes, today he looks to motivate you with, “Choppa Lessons“.

Produced by Sky Bad Musiq/KDT Music/NW Records, Squash provides the tools needed for you to wuk and believe, and most certainly achieve in, “Choppa Lessons”. Despite his current situation, Squash is a success story as he took himself and others out of certain hardship. For those who wish to achieve, all you need are a few tools, and strong faith. Despite his absence, the JojoInk Designs-directed music video features a number of familiar faces including Producer Skybad, Social Media personality Tallman, and Dancehall Artist Top Banks, who has been promoting “Choppa Lessons” via a preview for a number of months (and is name-dropped on the track). “Go Shorty”, Top Banks Dropped A New Song For You

Fresh off of premiering the official release of “Mr. Krabs” yesterday, Dancehall Artist Top Banks keeps the consistency going with new music. The Manchester-based Deejay has been growing in popularity even more over these past few weeks, and he strongly believes that he will hold a significant place in the Dancehall hemisphere. With co-signs from the likes of Squash, Valiant, and Skippa, he’s staying focused, and working hard. Earlier, he released, “Go Shorty“.

Produced by Steel Chest/Bigz Milli Records/YTMulti, Top Banks is in a celebratory mood in, “Go Shorty”. This is for the Women who enjoy being the centre of attention on the dance floor, and if it’s your birthday, Banks is sending a drink and good vibes your way. The track borrows some inspiration from 50 Cent’s classic “In Da Club” single, but he and Steel Chest bring their own appeal here, ensuring that when it’s played in the street, every other party gets shut down. The Deejay looks to celebrate his birthday next month in Mandeville, and he’s inviting everyone to come out and show some love.
