Kickraux & Witty Release Deluxe Version Of “Live Life Large” With New Track, “Wicked”

This past summer, US/Jamaica-based Producer Kickraux and Dancehall Rocker Witty linked up to release the two track EP, “Live Life Large“. Since then, fans have been anticipating more from the two, Witty went on a few side quests and linked up with Diplo of Major Lazer, and his profile received an upgrade. Making way for even more collabs, we get the deluxe version of “Live Life Large”.

Now consisting of 6 tracks, with one new track along with 3 alternate versions of “Fresh (Miso)“, Kickraux and Witty extend the shelf life of, “Live Life Large”. The new track “Wicked” features DJ/Producer DIMELOJUJU, and takes Witty into a very trippy and high energy world, and gives him the stage show off his flow. As many of us await more new music, keep this one in your collection, as it is the start of something grand.

Kickraux & Witty “LIVE LIFE LARGE” With 2-Track EP

There was a point in time on Social Media, the phrase “Jah know, Witty” would be commonplace in comment sections. The phrase would put down Recording Artist Witty, but he used it as fuel to be great. While his music career had a shaky start, he found his footing when he released Rock-inspired Dancehall music. The attention from those releases grew so much that top Producer Kickraux showed interest in his sound, and their connection resulted in a number of collaborations. Over the weekend, they dropped a new addition called, “LIVE LIFE LARGE“.

With a 2 track EP, Kickraux and Witty look to dominate the music spaces with “LIVE LIFE LARGE” setting the tone. If you’ve heard their previous collabs, you’re in for even more Rock Dancehall tunes, further expanding Witty’s catalogue. Kickraux ensures the lyrics get the right sound, and fans are going to demand even more music. With just an appetizer here, we look forward to their next development. We can see Witty taking on the International stages soon with the music. Get familiar with this one.

Malaïka Teams Up With Kickraux For “Déjà Vu”

Music is always the right answer, no matter the question, and it’s a mood enhancer. When there are Architects of the sound like Kickraux, expect nothing but good vibes. While he has lent his sound to various genres, when he taps into Reggae, it’s a surreal vibe. He’s always tapping in to various cultures and Artists, and recently he connected with a songbird named Malaïka for her new single, “Déjà Vu“.

When it comes to love, things may go well, and not so well, and in “Déjà Vu”, Malaïka can see ahead where the direction of the relationship will go. She has had her experiences, and while new beginnings can be beautiful, familiar feelings and recurring actions can be triggering, or lead to the possibility of something better. Malaïka dabbles in some Reggae sounds here, and adds to Kickraux’s growing catalogue as he has been working with a number of Artists in Latin America. With a Mexican and Haitian background, you can stay tuned to this songbird as she continues to elevate her sound, and expand to new markets. The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Ryvesh, and we see what looks like the start of a great relationship from a chance meeting, but it didn’t play out that way in the end. Something new, something different for the people to tune in to. Stay tuned for even more work from Kickraux!

Witty Links Up With Kickraux For “Subzero”

The story of Recording Artist Witty and his journey in music may be one that people will know about for years to come. Like many Artists, he has faced his share of diminishing comments from people, discouraging him from pursuing music. But he was determined, and the more he recorded, the more people heard him. He found his lane soon after, and things have been looking up ever since. With a new album on the horizon, he’s progressing in his lane with the new single, “Subzero“.

Produced by Kickraux, who previously worked with him on “Jacket Weather 2.0“, Witty keeps it cold in, “Subzero”. He’s all about getting to the money, getting close to the Women, and keeping the badness close at all times. He may smile, but don’t get him on the wrong side as things will get ugly. He brings the aggression here, but stays fresh while doing it. He has shown to work well with Kickraux, and we can see a full project happen here, released through Bussweh. Whether on Trap or Rock productions, Witty is holding his own.
