There’s a new Band in town, and that means more vibes. This past August, people were introduced to Mesh Marina, a Reggae Fusion Band consisting of Singer Shennell, and Producers Mario Campbell o/c Mario C and ZhaneDem, and they’re ready to take on the scene in a major way. Recently, the Band made some noise for those who indulge in the greener side of things. Tune in to the Band’s debut single, “Joke Dem A Joke“.

Produced by Mario C and ZhaneDem and released through 3rd Dimension Music, Mesh Marina delivers “Joke Dem A Joke” for the Women who enjoy a puffing good time. To all the Ganja blazers, nothing is wrong with a Woman enjoying the herbs, all she needs is the best strains, a lighter, and space to take flight. Lead Vocalist Shennell (who is the Sister of Dancehall Artist Wayne J) shares her love for the Weed, and there should be no opposition when she’s rolling up. This one is for the good times, the high times, and there should be no segregation when it comes to partaking in a smoke session. “Joke Dem A Joke” has been enjoying some positive feedback since its release, and the demand for more music is growing (please note: Shennell shared there are almost 50 songs recorded, stay tuned). Rajahwild Rolls Up Something Good On “Bonsai Tree”

Some days can be tough to deal with, especially Mondays. For some, they get by with just focusing on work or school, others find something to keep them distracted. For all the other days, Dancehall Artist Rajahwild keeps something close by to get him on the clouds. He floats on the new single, “Bonsai Tree“.

Produced by Pantason/Shaqadon Productions on the “Weed & Grabba Riddim“, Rajahwild rolls up something good on “Bonsai Tree”. Rajah delivers something for the smokers and stoners, and it will definitely put them all on cloud 9, staying afloat over the stress or frustration they may go through. The herb that Rajah enjoys keeps him higher than ever, and even finds him speaking in Japanese. In the end, he is as calm as one can be who tends to a Bonsai Tree. Rajahwild has been busy releasing new music these past few weeks, and has been performing in various parts of the Caribbean and the US, and is gearing up to join Alkaline at the UK staging of “New Rules“, and in Jamaica with Aidonia at his 20th anniversary concert. Music has been made in tribute to Women, cars, money, God, and even where you’re from over the years, but when a song is made about Marijuana, “It hits different“. There are many an anthem for Ganja, Weed, Mary Jane, and Herb, from some of world’s Connoisseurs of the plant. Recording Artist Zac Jone$ is one of those Connoisseurs, and he presents to us today, “The Weed Song“.

Produced by Iotosh (who has been having a respectable run of productions in the past couple years) and featuring fellow Weed Scholar Jesse Royal, Zac Jone$ shares his “high” experience when he connects with the good green. “I wrote this song at a time when I was busy doing a lot of things outside of music and I remember feeling really overwhelmed”, Zac shares. “Every night after work I’d sit outside in my garden and smoke and I’d feel good in that moment; like that was my escape. One of those nights I just wanted to put that feeling into song. I pulled up the beat from Io (Iotosh) and it all came together right there. I was saving it for the right feature, so when Jesse heard it a few months later and started writing his verse on the spot, I knew that was it. It was all organic so that was dope.” Accompanying the single is a dope Music Video directed by Jesse Suchomel, which finds Zac in various parts of Kingston enjoying the Weed with friends (anyone caught the Potential Kid, Tessellated, and Sheen cameos?). The world might be going crazy right now, but we all need a form of peace and calm, and an escape. Some head to the hills, others call up Miss Mary Jane for a few grams of green. Recording Artist (and Birthday Girl) Bella Blair is all about the latter on her latest single titled, “Gimme A Light“!

Teaming up with Frankie Music on Production, Bella gets into the Ganja state of mind as she wants to roll it up, put it in a Chalice, and puff away the stress and problems away. This one is for all the Stoners, the keepers of the Kush, the Weed Connoisseurs, and those who take a 420 Flight often. While many know Bella for her previous stint as a Comedian/Youtuber, she decided to put her best foot forward with her singing career a few years ago. Having released a few singles before, she looks to step out of the box with “Gimme A Light” and future singles.
